Questions

Which online GLP-1 programs serve all 50 states?

17 of the 65 programs we review say on their own pages that they serve all 50 states: MEDGm, HealthRX, bmiMD, Gala, Eden, RxSpan MD, RNK Health, Wellorithm, Pallas Health, Trimi Health, Breeze Meds, TrimRx, Telos Rx, Care Bare Rx, Midi Health, Calibrate and Ro. 7 of them also name Washington, D.C.

Which states have the fewest GLP-1 telehealth options?

Louisiana has the fewest: 21 of the 27 programs that publish their coverage say they serve it. Louisiana is left off the most published lists (6).

What if a program does not publish which states it serves?

38 of the 65 programs give no state-by-state list. Some say availability depends on which clinicians are licensed in your state; others check eligibility during sign-up. Confirm your state is covered before you pay anything.

Does a program listing my state mean I will be prescribed?

No. A listed state means the company says it can serve patients there. Whether you are prescribed is a clinician's decision after your medical intake, and some programs limit certain medications or plans to fewer states than their headline list.

Coverage is what each program says on its own website, and it changes; confirm your state during sign-up and before you pay. Some programs here pay us a commission when you sign up, and partners are listed first in each state. See our disclosure.
