Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Nexlife offers online compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with published one-month prices of $139 and $169, including care and delivery. Longer purchases advertise lower equivalents, while the company expressly says the medication price does not rise with dose. The main financial caution is cancellation: written notice generally takes thirty days to become effective, and renewal may process early. Compare that notice period with the next actual charge before treating the program as a last-minute cancellation purchase.

The verdict
Nexlife shows its price before the medical intake, but leaves gaps, such as what the advertised price includes or which pharmacy fills the prescription. It ranks 218 of 358 on price transparency.
The score beside Nexlife's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Nexlife?
- Online assessment followed by a licensed provider’s prescribing decision.
- Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide when clinically appropriate.
- Medication, medical guidance and delivery described within the selected price.
- Provider-directed dose management and customer support.
- Monthly billing choices alongside discounted longer purchases.
How does Nexlife work?
Select the medicine and purchase period
The medicine pages distinguish semaglutide from tirzepatide and offer a one-month selection as well as longer terms. The current new-patient entry opens a Nexlife introduction to the assessment. Compare the actual immediate payment and continuing rate before proceeding. A lower annual equivalent represents a different purchase from a flexible one-month plan and does not guarantee a full year of clinically appropriate treatment.
Complete the clinical assessment
Give accurate health history, current medicines and prior treatment information. The telehealth consent allows providers to request additional information or an in-person evaluation when needed. A prescription remains an individualized medical decision. The platform’s descriptions of quick access and support should not be read as a guaranteed approval time, emergency response service or promise that a particular medicine is suitable.
Confirm the assigned practice and pharmacy
The product pages attribute guidance to Nexlife Medical Group. The terms and newer consent use different Inc. and P.C. professional-entity labels, so obtain the precise treating practice on your clinical agreement. The consent also permits different providers across interactions. Ask for the actual dispensing pharmacy and preparation for your state; a general licensed-pharmacy description does not identify your dispenser.
Coordinate monitoring and subscription management
Ask when clinical follow-up is required and how to report side effects or request a dose review. Customer support and clinical advice are different services. Record the subscription period, refill processing date and written cancellation route. If treatment must stop medically, contact the clinician as well as billing support so any waiver, unshipped supply or alternative treatment can be handled under the appropriate policy.
How much does Nexlife cost?
Compounded semaglutide $139 for the one-month option; lower multi-month equivalents require the corresponding longer purchase.
Compounded tirzepatide $169 for the one-month option; lower multi-month equivalents require the corresponding longer purchase.
Company advertises nationwide online care; confirm the assigned clinician and dispensing pharmacy can provide the selected preparation in your actual location.
The product pages publish one-month semaglutide at $139 and tirzepatide at $169, with medication, medical guidance and delivery included. Their lower multi-month equivalents depend on a longer selected purchase. Both pages expressly say the price is the same at every dose. Confirm the exact prescribed supply and final renewal period; optional longer savings should not be substituted for the ordinary one-month comparison.
- FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter to Nexlife Inc. dba Nexlife identifies this service’s website and criticizes misleading compounder labeling and compounded-product claims implying FDA evaluation. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Consider the letter’s historical findings alongside the current agreement and actual prescription, and confirm the dispensing pharmacy.
- The medicine pages describe included clinical guidance, support and shipping rather than separate membership charges. Obtain a receipt showing the actual plan, medication and supply. Ask whether any individually recommended testing or other treatment is outside the selected bundle; an unspecified possible expense should not be assumed either included or a known additional charge.
- Written cancellation generally takes effect thirty days after the company receives notice. Services and billing can continue during that period. An exception or medical waiver may be considered, but it is not a general promise of immediate cancellation. Submit notice early, keep the dated confirmation and ask which renewal or shipment will still occur before the effective date.
- The terms say a first renewal may process early and later shipments may be charged up to two days early. The separate cancellation page describes up to three days early for later renewals. Use the earlier practical cutoff while clarifying the actual schedule. Waiting for the nominal billing date or a shipping alert may be too late to prevent a charge.
- The product pages say an authorization is fully refunded if no prescription is issued or the patient does not proceed. The cancellation policy separately limits refunds for dispensed, shipped or received medication and describes prorated unshipped supply if fulfillment becomes unavailable. Ask which stage your payment has reached; an initial authorization statement does not make an already prepared prescription freely returnable.
- For medically justified discontinuation, the cancellation policy discusses supporting documentation, possible waiver and prorated program fees excluding nonrefundable medication. If the prescribed medicine becomes unavailable, an alternative may be offered, with the option to decline under the stated unshipped-supply provisions. Obtain the clinician’s recommendation and written refund calculation rather than assuming a pause reverses every remaining installment.

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Nexlife does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What is on the public record
FDA warning letter
FDA issued a warning letter to Nexlife Inc. dba Nexlife in June 2026. It is on the public record in FDA's warning-letter database.
The scoring method includes a deduction for a letter on record. This notice records the agency's letter and its date; funding is disclosed separately.
What else do people ask about Nexlife?
What is the ordinary one-month price?
The product pages list $139 for compounded semaglutide and $169 for compounded tirzepatide. Longer selections have different equivalents. Confirm the prescribed supply, immediate payment and next renewal before choosing a plan.
Does the price rise with dose?
Nexlife explicitly says the price is the same at every dose for these offers. That does not authorize a patient to change dosing independently. Ask the clinician about the exact prescription and whether switching medicine or program creates a new quote.
Can cancellation take another month?
The published policy generally makes cancellation effective thirty days after written notice is received, with continued service and billing until then. A medical or exceptional waiver may be considered. Obtain the actual effective date and identify any remaining charge.
Can renewal happen before its displayed date?
Yes. The terms allow early renewal to maintain continuity and later processing up to two days early; the separate cancellation page says up to three days. Clarify the current schedule and submit notice before the earlier deadline.
What if treatment is medically inappropriate?
The product page describes refunding an authorization if treatment is not prescribed or the patient does not proceed. For later medical discontinuation, the cancellation policy has separate documentation and prorating rules, and medication already dispensed or shipped is nonrefundable.
Which clinician and pharmacy will I receive?
The program names Nexlife Medical Group, but the public professional-entity suffixes differ between documents. Confirm the exact treating practice, assigned provider and dispensing pharmacy for your state. A national network statement does not identify the actual parties responsible for your prescription.
