Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Invyncible offers online provider review for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide through the Nationwide Telemedicine platform. The current standard injection cards display $192.50 for semaglutide and $210 for tirzepatide, with other formulations priced separately. Vial sizes, dose stages and supplied weeks vary, so those figures do not establish one ongoing calendar-month total. Refills are manually requested rather than automatic, and the FAQ says payment is not finalized without physician approval. The service also publishes six actual network pharmacies and allows patients to request another dispenser or a prescription copy.

What do you get with Invyncible?
- Online intake and licensed-provider review before a prescription decision. Additional information, photographs or consultation may be required depending on the request, health history and state rules. A selected treatment or submitted order does not guarantee prescribing. Confirm the actual professional practice, consultation format and follow-up obligations in the accepted consent.
- Separate compounded formulations and dose programs rather than one interchangeable GLP-1 product. Standard injections, formulations with added ingredients and oral alternatives have different quantities and prices. Ask the provider for the prescribed ingredients, concentration, vial amount, supplied weeks and instructions rather than comparing only the smallest public card amount.
- A platform branded Invyncible under Nationwide Telemedicine LLC, with the legal documents identifying independently operated professional practices including Nationwide Telemedicine Medical Group P.A. Clinical judgment rests with the treating provider. Confirm the professional entity assigned to the patient and how treatment questions or a required reassessment are handled.
- An actual published pharmacy network listing Empower Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Center City Pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy, PerfectRx and MFV Compounding Pharmacy. Patients can request a preferred pharmacy or a prescription copy, subject to fulfillment ability and applicable requirements. The list establishes named network relationships without establishing that every preparation is supplied by every listed pharmacy.
How does Invyncible work?
Match the price to the actual vial and supplied weeks
The standard cards show $192.50 and $210, while other compounded formulas have different prices. The semaglutide examples span approximately four or five weeks, and the tirzepatide page’s option selector and explanatory examples use different vial and dose quantities. Ask the provider to resolve the selected prescription and invoice rather than treating illustrative examples as instructions or assuming a calendar-month supply.
Confirm preparation-specific access
The standard injection pages show product restrictions in several states, while the site invites patients in those locations to discuss other options. A restriction on one formulation does not establish that the entire service is unavailable there. Confirm the actual preparation, treating provider and dispensing pharmacy before enrolling or choosing a substitute based on availability alone.
Plan manual refills before running out
The FAQ says refills are not automatic and recommends requesting another supply at least a week before treatment runs out. Processing can take several business days before shipment, and overnight transit does not shorten clinical or pharmacy review. Ask how the prescribed quantity affects the next request date and whether another consultation or changed price applies.
Distinguish authorization from an approved charge
The FAQ describes payment details being collected as a temporary authorization, with payment finalized only after physician approval. A declined prescription releases the pending authorization, subject to bank timing. Ask separately what happens if cancellation is requested after approval or pharmacy processing; the reviewed material did not establish an unconditional post-approval refund right.
How much does Invyncible cost?
Standard semaglutide injection program displayed at $192.50; vial size, dose and approximately 4–5 week supplies vary; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Standard tirzepatide injection program displayed at $210; dose programs and approximately 4 week supplies vary; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Confirm clinical service and location eligibility. Standard injection pages exclude Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota and Oregon for those products; other preparation access requires separate confirmation.
The standard injection listings show semaglutide at $192.50 and tirzepatide at $210, with different formulations, vial amounts and dose stages separately priced. Supplied periods are described in weeks and can vary. Obtain the actual prescription quantity, complete invoice, shipping obligation and next manually requested refill price before comparing continuing costs.
- A lower public amount for a formulation with added ingredients is not automatically the same clinical or financial offer as the standard injection. Compare the actual ingredients, prescribed amount, supplied duration and pharmacy.
- The FAQ says prices can change with formulation, dose program, quantity and pharmacy. It does not establish one fixed continuing price across all treatment stages.
- Payment authorization is not finalized unless a physician approves the prescription. When approval is declined, release of a pending bank authorization can take additional time.
- Refills are not automatic. Obtain the next request deadline and processing estimate, and ask for the specific cancellation and refund treatment if a prescription has already been approved or forwarded for preparation.

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. Invyncible discloses Empower Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Center City Pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy, PerfectRx as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Invyncible?
Is $192.50 a complete monthly semaglutide quote?
It is the displayed amount for a standard injection program, not a universal calendar-month total. Vial sizes, doses and supplied weeks vary. Obtain the prescribed preparation, complete invoice, shipping and next refill amount before comparing this with a fixed monthly package.
Why are some other formulas cheaper?
The FAQ says price depends on formulation, pharmacy, supplied amount and program structure. Added ingredients do not necessarily make a formulation more expensive. Ask the clinician which actual preparation fits the patient rather than choosing solely by the lowest displayed card.
Are prescriptions automatically refilled?
No. The FAQ says patients must request refills and recommends doing so before their supply runs out. Confirm the prescribed quantity and next review date. Pharmacy processing and clinical review occur before transit, so overnight shipment does not mean immediate dispatch.
Which pharmacies are named?
The current network page lists Empower, Strive, Center City, Partell, PerfectRx and MFV Compounding Pharmacy. The actual assignment depends on the selected prescription and fulfillment conditions. Patients may request a preferred pharmacy or a copy of the prescription, subject to applicable requirements and dispensing ability.
When is the payment collected?
The FAQ describes a temporary authorization that is finalized only if the physician approves a prescription. If approval is declined, the authorization is released, with bank timing varying. Ask about the separate cancellation treatment once approval or pharmacy preparation has begun.
Does a state restriction exclude every option?
The standard injection pages identify preparation-specific restrictions and invite discussion of other options. That does not establish that every treatment is available, or that the entire service is unavailable. Confirm the actual medicine, provider authorization and dispensing access for the patient’s location.
