A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. What to check first
- ⚠ Every banner says "from just $99/month", and $99 requires paying $1,188 up front for a full year — the rate you can stop after one month is $199, double it
- ⚠ $139 and $99 are SEMAGLUTIDE rates, not tirzepatide: the company's own footnotes mark one promotion "only applies to Tirzepatide" and the other "only applies to Semaglutide", and a reader skimming the banners will file the wrong molecule's price
- Its FAQ says the pharmacy it names holds a license in 44 states and cannot dispense sterile compounds — a weekly GLP-1 injection is a sterile compound, and a second pharmacy (GoGoMeds) appears in the same answer without saying which one fills the order
- No compounding classification is stated anywhere — neither 503A nor 503B appears on the site
- The site argues with itself on regulation: a disclaimer says the medication comes from "state-regulated pharmacies but not reviewed by the FDA", while a homepage block above it is headed "FDA-regulated pharmacies"
- The storefront never names a company, and the address it publishes is a PO Box on a site that refuses to ship to one
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products
