- Semaglutide prepaid plans are billed in full: $447 every 3 months, $834 every 6 months, or $1,188 a year.
- Tirzepatide prepaid plans: $627 every 3 months, $1,194 every 6 months, or $1,908 a year.
- The "$99 a month" banner applies to semaglutide on the annual plan only. It isn't a tirzepatide price.

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. He & She MD discloses Specialty Medical Drugstore (GoGoMeds), F&F Pharmacies, dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
