Henry Meds review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

Henry Meds offers online weight-management care with several compounded medication formats, including semaglutide injections and dissolving oral treatments. Its $197 semaglutide headline requires a year paid upfront; the published standard injectable program is $297 per month. The biggest decision is how much flexibility you want: stopping a longer plan can leave a balance, and oral or microdose offers need their own written quote.

The verdict

Henry Meds shows its price before the medical intake, but leaves gaps, such as what the advertised price includes or which pharmacy fills the prescription. It ranks 36 of 65 on price transparency.

The score beside Henry Meds's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Henry Meds?

  • An online evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, with video or independent record review depending on your state
  • Compounded injectable semaglutide or oral dissolving semaglutide tablets/drops when prescribed; these are separate treatment options
  • Oral tirzepatide and separate semaglutide microdose programs on the weight-management menu, subject to clinical approval
  • Provider care, prescribed medication, applicable supplies, shipping and ongoing support bundled in the advertised plan
  • Secure patient-portal messaging for questions and follow-up, with dispensing handled by a pharmacy rather than the technology platform

How does Henry Meds work?

  1. Confirm the treatment and your location

Start the evaluation and provide health history, current medicines and goals. Henry requires adulthood, medical need and an address in a supported state. Confirm availability of the specific formulation rather than assuming every program is offered everywhere.

  2. Discuss the care plan

Meet or exchange information with the provider through the available consultation route. Ask why the recommended form fits your needs and what monitoring is expected. Completing an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.

  3. Choose the payment commitment

Review the amount charged now, total term, medication supply, shipment schedule and renewal. A displayed monthly equivalent can represent a single annual payment. Obtain clarification of any oral-plan price that differs between company pages.

  4. Plan delivery and continuing care

The homepage estimates medication arrival eight to ten business days after speaking with the provider, with possible longer California fulfillment. Use the portal for follow-up and keep the actual renewal and cancellation dates visible.

How much does Henry Meds cost?

Semaglutide

Standard compounded injection program $297/mo; $2,364 annual prepay equals $197/mo. Oral and microdose offers have separate terms.

Tirzepatide

Oral tablets advertised $234/mo with twelve months prepaid; conflicting legal supply wording. Ongoing comparable monthly total not verified; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Not published as a complete treatment-specific state list; adult medical eligibility and supported-state address required.

The programs page lists standard semaglutide injections at $297 per month. Its discounted six-month payment is $1,482 and its discounted twelve-month payment is $2,364, equivalent to $247 or $197 per month. The smaller equivalent buys a longer commitment; it is not a $197 month-to-month subscription. The landing page says the prescription subscription includes care access, medication, applicable supplies and shipping.

  • Oral plans need separate confirmation. The landing page advertises oral semaglutide at $164 and oral tirzepatide at $234 per month with twelve months prepaid. Its oral microdose headline is $99 per month with three months prepaid; these prices describe different offers from the standard injection plan.
  • The legal pricing page duplicates oral semaglutide sections with $249 and $179 monthly figures and contains a semaglutide heading followed by tirzepatide wording. Ask Henry to identify the actual drug, form, supply, total charge and renewal terms in writing before selecting that offer.
  • Renewals are automatic. The terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the current term ends; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Portal, email and phone support are the published routes.
  • The homepage says multi-month patients may owe the remaining balance unless a provider determines a medical reason to stop. The refund policy allows a possible prorated medical-discontinuation exception after documentation and clinical approval; medication already dispensed remains excluded.
  • Refunds can be reduced by the nonrefundable $30 consultation component when an evaluation results in a prescription, plus a processing fee. Henry describes that consultation amount as part of bundled billing, not an automatic extra $30 on every advertised monthly price.
  • Report damaged shipments or suspected temperature problems within 48 hours of delivery and retain photographs and packaging. Replacement is the usual remedy for confirmed shipment problems; incorrect addresses, delayed retrieval or improper storage can leave the patient responsible for replacement costs.

Who is Henry Meds best for?

A good fit if

  • Cash-pay patients who want online care and medication in one advertised program price
  • People comfortable choosing a specific compounded formulation after discussing it with the prescriber
  • Patients who prefer a monthly option while assessing whether a longer commitment is suitable

Look elsewhere if

  • Shoppers interpreting the lowest annual equivalent as a cancellable monthly purchase
  • Anyone assuming oral, injectable and microdose treatments are interchangeable
  • People who need a clearly reconciled oral-treatment price before contacting the provider
  • Patients seeking a guaranteed prescription or expecting insurance to determine the advertised cash charge

What are Henry Meds's pros and cons?

Pros

  • The standard injectable program has an identifiable monthly rate and explicit prepaid totals
  • Provider care, medication, supplies and shipping are described together in the advertised bundle
  • Portal messaging provides a route for continuing questions after the evaluation
  • The refund policy explains documentation, reporting deadlines and possible replacement charges

Cons

  • The strongest injection discount requires committing the full annual payment upfront
  • Duplicate and mislabeled oral pricing makes comparison harder than it should be
  • Ending a subscription does not guarantee release from an existing multi-month balance
  • Prescription shipments are final sale, with limited remedies and short problem-reporting deadlines

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. Henry Meds does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about Henry Meds?

Is Henry’s $197 semaglutide price billed monthly?

That landing-page price is qualified by a twelve-month plan paid upfront. The legal program page lists the discounted annual payment as $2,364 and the standard injectable program as $297 per month. Confirm your exact charge and medication supply before choosing between them.

Does Henry offer injectable tirzepatide?

The reviewed weight-management menu advertises oral dissolving tirzepatide tablets. It does not establish a current injectable tirzepatide offer. Do not use an oral-treatment price to compare injection programs or assume the clinical experience and dosing are equivalent.

What does microdose mean in this review?

Henry markets microdose semaglutide separately from its other semaglutide plans, including an oral offer with a three-month prepayment condition. The label identifies a program category; it does not establish that a low-dose plan will achieve the same outcomes or suit your medical needs.

Can I stop a prepaid plan and get the unused money back?

Not automatically. The refund policy generally excludes unused subscription refunds, with a possible documented medical-discontinuation exception approved by Henry’s clinical team. Dispensed medication is excluded, and consultation or processing deductions can apply. Ask for the terms of your selected plan before prepaying.

How early should I cancel to avoid renewal?

Henry’s terms specify at least 48 hours before the current term ends. You can use the account, email or phone support. Obtain confirmation and check any remaining multi-month balance; ending future renewal and settling an existing payment commitment are different matters.

What should I do if a shipment arrives damaged?

Notify Henry within 48 hours of delivery through the portal or support email, with order details and photographs where available. Its policy describes investigation and replacement for confirmed problems. It can deny or charge for replacement when the issue follows incorrect delivery information, delayed retrieval or patient storage.
