Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Go Vida Plena presents weight care in Spanish, with compounded injection and oral options, nutritional support and online medical assessment. Its payment structure is distinctive: plans are paid once for a defined period and do not renew automatically. The main financial caution is early stopping. Unused time is generally not refunded, and the broad refund policy is more restrictive than the pricing page’s simple no-charge-if-ineligible message.
Go Vida Plena does not pay us. We review it so you can compare it with the programs that do. Disclosure

What do you get with Go Vida Plena?
- A Spanish-language online assessment and weight-care program operated by Clínica Vida Plena. The published plan inclusions describe a provider licensed in your state, a personalized treatment plan, professional follow-up and nutritional support with a Latino focus. Availability still depends on your location and clinical eligibility.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injection and oral preparations for clinical consideration. The pricing page lists the formats separately. Ask the prescriber about the specific formulation, evidence, ingredients and instructions; an oral preparation should not be assumed interchangeable with an injection or an approved branded tablet.
- Coordination through CareValidate with independent medical providers and participating pharmacies. The pricing FAQ says the provider and pharmacy can vary with state, availability and clinical needs. The reviewed pages do not name your actual professional group or dispenser, so obtain those details before fulfillment.
- A patient portal described as available around the clock, together with professional follow-up. Portal availability is different from a promise of an immediate clinical reply. Clarify how to contact the treating clinician for medicine questions, how follow-up is scheduled and which services the particular plan includes.
How does Go Vida Plena work?
Start with the assessment and program fit
The current assessment begins with height and weight, followed by further health and eligibility information. Provide accurate medical history, medicines and location. The clinician determines whether a prescription is appropriate; the public assessment and a selected price do not guarantee treatment.
Choose a format and full payment period
Compare injection and oral options separately, then compare the one-, three-, six- and twelve-month purchase totals. The longer choices are prepaid commitments. Ask how the stated weeks of medicine will be supplied and whether the schedule matches the clinician’s intended follow-up and your ability to continue treatment.
Confirm inclusions and medical-denial terms
The plan page lists assessment, follow-up, nutrition support and prescribed delivery, while the policies also discuss laboratory, processing and other possible costs. Ask for an itemized total and written explanation of what happens if the clinician declines treatment, especially if an assessment or other service has already begun.
Manage stopping or continuing as separate choices
There is no automatic renewal to cancel under the stated plans. When the paid period ends, continuing requires choosing a new purchase. If you stop during a paid period, contact the clinical team about treatment and support about the financial position; unused time generally does not create a proportional refund.
How much does Go Vida Plena cost?
Compounded injection $269 one-month offer (regular $299); prepaid 3/6/12-month totals $657/$1,194/$2,148. Oral one-month $299. One-time plans; individualized continuing fees vary; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Compounded injection $359 one-month offer, oral $349 (regular $399); prepaid 3/6/12-month totals $927/$1,734/$3,228. One-time plans; individualized continuing fees vary; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Confirm clinical service and location eligibility. Only locations where the assigned medical provider and pharmacy are authorized; exact program availability verified during assessment
The listed one-month injection offers are $269 for semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide, alongside regular prices of $299 and $399. Oral offers are $299 for semaglutide and $349 for tirzepatide. Longer purchases lower the equivalent amount but require larger payments. Prices remain subject to the selected treatment, pharmacy, dose and assessment, so confirm your actual continuing total rather than using a daily headline.
- Semaglutide injection totals are $657 for three months, $1,194 for six and $2,148 for twelve. Oral semaglutide totals are $777, $1,434 and $2,508. Both tirzepatide formats list $927, $1,734 and $3,228. The longer supply descriptions are twelve, twenty-four and forty-eight weeks, which should not be mistaken for a full fifty-two-week year.
- The policies repeatedly state that each plan is a one-time payment without automatic renewal. Optional Afterpay or Klarna financing, when available, has separate approval, fees and repayment terms. Dividing payment through a financing provider does not change the program’s refund restrictions or make a prepaid care period cancelable month by month.
- The pricing FAQ says medically ineligible patients are not charged and the initial evaluation is free. The refund policy instead describes only limited consideration before substantial evaluation, consultation, labs, prescribing or significant administrative work, with possible cost deductions. Resolve that difference before payment. Once services or a paid period begin, refunds and proportional refunds are generally unavailable.

What are Go Vida Plena's pros and cons?
Pros
- Clearly states that plans do not automatically renew
- Separates oral and injection prices
- Lists professional follow-up and nutritional support
Cons
- Refund wording differs from the simple eligibility promise
- Longer plans cover specified weeks rather than a calendar year
- Actual clinical and pharmacy assignments remain patient-specific
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Go Vida Plena does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Go Vida Plena?
Does the program renew automatically?
No. The pricing page and policies describe one-time purchases for defined periods, with no automatic renewal or recurring program billing. Continuing after the paid period requires a new choice and payment. Any separate financing agreement has its own repayment terms.
What are the one-month injection offers?
The price page lists semaglutide at $269, with a $299 regular price, and tirzepatide at $359, with a $399 regular price. Confirm the actual prescribed supply and total, because the site also says treatment, dose, pharmacy and assessment can affect prices.
What does the twelve-month purchase cover?
The longer price tables describe a forty-eight-week supply. Semaglutide injection totals $2,148; oral semaglutide $2,508; either tirzepatide format $3,228. Ask how medication and follow-up are scheduled, and do not equate the stated supply automatically with fifty-two calendar weeks.
Who prescribes and dispenses the medicine?
Go Vida Plena says CareValidate coordinates independent licensed medical providers and pharmacies. The assignment can vary by location, clinical need and availability. Request your actual treating practice and dispenser before fulfillment; a coordinating technology company is not automatically the medical practice.
What happens if I am medically ineligible?
The pricing FAQ says there is no charge, but the refund policy has narrower conditions and allows certain incurred-cost deductions. Ask for written confirmation of the rule for your purchase before any paid evaluation, lab or administrative work begins.
Can I receive money back if I stop early?
Generally, the policy does not refund or prorate unused time in a paid period once services begin. Stopping treatment or not using the available support does not itself create a refund. Discuss any medical interruption with the clinician and request the applicable financial terms from support.
