Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Brightmeds publishes an unusually clear distinction between its current monthly B6-compounded GLP-1 offer and three-month packs: semaglutide is $129 monthly or $297 upfront, and tirzepatide $149 monthly or $357 upfront. The important limits are the listed eligible states, the B6 formulation and a cancellation deadline five business days before renewal. Compare that exact offer rather than assuming every additive, location or treatment shares its price.

The verdict
Brightmeds shows its price before the medical intake, but leaves gaps, such as what the advertised price includes or which pharmacy fills the prescription. It ranks 58 of 293 on price transparency.
The score beside Brightmeds's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Brightmeds?
- A clinical evaluation by an affiliated licensed provider, who decides whether treatment is appropriate and what prescription to issue.
- Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with B6 under the current advertised offer, with the same stated price as a prescribed dose is gradually increased.
- Medication, required clinical review, clinician follow-up, dose adjustments, ongoing support and standard shipping described within the offer price.
- A choice between an automatically renewing monthly plan and a three-month purchase with a lower equivalent monthly rate and larger upfront payment.
- A secure patient portal for viewing the prescription notice and communicating about the plan, plus dashboard and support routes for cancellation.
- Care and fulfillment through independent medical groups and pharmacies coordinated by Brightmeds LLC, with assignment based on location, product and availability.
How does Brightmeds work?
Check state and formulation eligibility
The low-price offer is restricted to an explicit list of states and Washington, D.C.; it is not an all-50-state promise. It uses B6 as the additive. Ask about an alternative if B6 does not suit your prescription, because other additives and state-specific options can cost differently. Confirm that your exact preparation qualifies before comparing the headline.
Select monthly or the full pack
The semaglutide monthly price is $129, while a three-month pack is $297 paid once. Tirzepatide is $149 monthly or $357 for the pack. Decide how much supply and prepayment you want, then confirm the selected order. A lower divided equivalent does not mean the pack can be bought as one independently paid month.
Complete review and read the prescription notice
Submitting payment details can place an authorization hold while the clinician reviews intake. The refund terms say a charge can occur if review remains pending after five days, so check status rather than assuming payment always follows approval. Read the actual medication, dose and plan in the portal, and raise questions before fulfillment.
Plan follow-up and cancellation ahead of renewal
Use the care team for medical questions and ask support which pharmacy fills the order. For monthly billing, cancellation must be made at least five business days before the next renewal. Keep confirmation and the next charge date. Once medication is compounded or dispensed, stopping future billing generally cannot reverse that order.

The current B6 offer lists semaglutide at $129 month to month or $297 for three months, equivalent to $99 monthly. Tirzepatide is $149 monthly or $357 upfront, equivalent to $119 monthly. Required clinical evaluation, medication, follow-up and standard shipping are included. Eligibility and formulation limits apply, and other additives can have different prices.
- The promotional page lists eligible jurisdictions rather than nationwide availability. It also states that new patients starting GLP-1 treatment begin at the lowest dose and increase only under the provider’s direction; a flat price is not permission to choose a high starting dose.
- Monthly plans renew automatically. Cancel through the dashboard, email or phone at least five business days before the next renewal. A late request can take effect in the following period even though general marketing says cancel anytime.
- Medically ineligible applicants are entitled to the stated return of held or charged amounts. Medication that has been compounded or dispensed generally is not refundable or returnable; a processed shipment cannot simply be redirected by cancellation.
- The current offer includes standard shipping and says no laboratory fee applies unless stated otherwise. Optional add-ons, expedited shipping and ancillary laboratory work outside the offer can cost separately; confirm the actual order rather than extending the bundle to every service.
- Promotional price protection depends on continuous enrollment, and cancellation or interruption can forfeit it. The pharmacy can also change with product availability and state coverage, so a current assignment is more useful than assuming a permanent dispensing partner.

Who is Brightmeds best for?
A good fit if
- Eligible-state patients comparing a clearly labeled B6 compound offer
- Shoppers who prefer an ordinary monthly plan over prepaying a pack
- People who can track renewal dates and communicate before processing
Look elsewhere if
- Patients outside the offer’s listed jurisdictions
- People needing a different additive at the same unconfirmed price
- Anyone requiring cancellation immediately before billing without advance notice

What are Brightmeds's pros and cons?
Pros
- The landing states real monthly and full pack prices separately
- The offer explicitly includes clinical review and follow-up
- Formulation, state and cancellation qualifications are publicly available
Cons
- The low-price offer covers a specific additive and listed states
- Five-business-day cancellation notice limits last-minute flexibility
- A pending clinical review can still lead to a charge before a decision
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Brightmeds does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Brightmeds?
What is the ordinary monthly price?
For the current B6-compounded offer, semaglutide is $129 and tirzepatide $149 month to month, with the stated clinical support and standard shipping included. The $99 and $119 equivalents require three-month packs costing $297 and $357 upfront. Other additives and locations can have different pricing or availability.
Is the price the same at higher doses?
The current offer says any prescribed dose has the same price, with new patients beginning at the lowest dose and increasing under care. The clinician determines the prescription. This statement applies to the specified B6 offer, not necessarily another additive, a brand-name medicine or every other treatment on the platform.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can request cancellation through the account or support, but the governing terms require at least five business days before renewal. Requests after that point may apply to the following period. Keep the confirmation and check pharmacy processing, because medication already compounded or dispensed generally cannot be canceled or refunded.
When will my card be charged?
The policy describes an authorization hold during review and a possible charge if review remains pending after five days. Approval details appear in a portal prescription notice that you should read promptly. If the clinician finds you ineligible, the policy says held or charged amounts are returned; timing depends on whether it was a hold or captured payment.
Is this offer available in all states?
No. The current landing publishes a defined eligible-state list that includes Washington, D.C. Confirm your location and the exact B6 preparation before enrolling. A broader telehealth platform footprint is not proof that a particular promotional formulation can be prescribed and dispensed everywhere at the same price.
Who prescribes and compounds the medication?
Brightmeds LLC coordinates access rather than independently making clinical decisions. Its terms identify medical-group pathways including M & D Integrations and TelegraMD, with pharmacies assigned according to product and state. Ask for the actual clinician and dispensing pharmacy on your order; a brand name on a marketing image does not identify the compounder.
