Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
SkyRx offers online compounded weight-care assessment and delivery, with injectable and sublingual options described on its current landing page. Its $199 monthly headline is qualified by a 12-month subscription paid in full upfront, so it should not be treated as a flexible monthly installment. The general terms also describe automatic renewal and early processing. Before choosing a plan, establish the exact preparation, complete first payment and renewal schedule, along with the pharmacy assigned to the prescription.

The verdict
Public prices describe specific visits, offers or commitments. They do not establish one unconditional ongoing monthly medication total.
The score beside SkyRx's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with SkyRx?
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pathways, with the landing FAQ describing injections and oral drops. The exact selected formulation matters; a broad weight-care headline does not establish the same price for every molecule, route and supplied quantity.
- Online qualification and payment followed by licensed-provider review and pharmacy fulfillment if prescribed. The service says medication, supplies, doctor access and shipping are included in its selected price, but obtain the actual order inclusions before payment.
- Terms identifying Viking Man Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as SkyRx, and clinical relationships including Metamorphosis Aesthetics professional entities. The platform and independent clinical providers have different responsibilities.
- Named pharmacy relationships in the terms, including Pharmxpress Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, BPI Labs and Precision Compounding Pharmacy & Wellness. A network list does not establish which pharmacy dispenses your preparation or whether every listed pharmacy handles sterile injections.
How does SkyRx work?
Read the headline’s upfront-payment qualification
The $199 monthly-equivalent headline is accompanied by a 12-month subscription paid fully upfront. Ask for the exact total charged today, the selected molecule and route, supplied duration and shipment schedule. Do not infer a $199 monthly installment or assign the general headline to every preparation without a specific quote. The size and timing of the complete payment are part of the comparison.
Reconcile no-contract language with the terms
The landing FAQ says there are no contracts and shipments can be canceled, while the headline describes a prepaid annual commitment. The terms additionally describe automatic monthly subscriptions and early charges. Ask which arrangement governs your order and how cancellation affects any prepaid balance. Broad cancellation language does not establish a refund of unused months.
Confirm the clinician and dispensing pharmacy
Provide complete history and current medicines for independent clinical review. Ask which medical practice and licensed professional would treat you and which pharmacy would supply the actual prescription. Confirm added ingredients, preparation, label and state eligibility before processing. A platform-quality claim should not replace the actual identities and preparation information for the order.
Record renewal processing and final-sale rules
The terms require cancellation at least two days before the applicable renewal-processing date and allow early processing. The separate returns page says prescription sales are final. Ask about the actual order cutoff, medical-nonapproval handling and whether there is a reactivation charge after pausing. Keep written confirmation of the agreement and effective cancellation date.
How much does SkyRx cost?
Weight-care headline $199/month qualified as a 12-month subscription paid upfront; selected semaglutide preparation needs quote; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Weight-care headline $199/month qualified as a 12-month subscription paid upfront; complete tirzepatide quote not established; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Confirm clinical service and location eligibility. Selected US jurisdictions; current preparation and clinician eligibility must be confirmed
The current weight-care landing page displays $199 monthly with a qualification that a 12-month subscription is paid in full upfront. A complete molecule-specific continuing quote and consistent payment schedule were not established by that general headline. Request separate complete quotes for the selected medication and payment term. A useful quote should identify the actual preparation, whole first payment, each renewal and any separate reactivation or optional-service charges.
- A yearly plan’s monthly equivalent is not the same as paying one month at a time. Request the actual complete charge before comparing affordability.
- The terms allow the first renewal to occur early and later shipment charges up to two days early. Cancellation must precede the actual processing date rather than simply the expected arrival date.
- The landing page’s satisfaction language does not override the separate prescription final-sale policy without a specific written exception. Ask what remedy applies to medical nonapproval or a fulfillment error.
- The terms say pausing or canceling has no fee but describe a possible reactivation fee when service resumes. Obtain the amount and circumstances before assuming a pause has no later financial consequence.

What are SkyRx's pros and cons?
Pros
- The headline discloses its upfront annual qualification
- The terms name the operator and pharmacy network
- The renewal notice and final-sale rules are published
Cons
- General headline pricing is not molecule-specific
- Prepaid, no-contract and monthly-subscription wording need reconciliation
- Prescription sales are final and reactivation can cost extra
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. SkyRx discloses Pharmxpress Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, BPI Labs, LLC, Precision Compounding Pharmacy & Wellness Inc. as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about SkyRx?
Is $199 charged each month?
The landing-page qualification describes a 12-month subscription paid fully upfront. Ask for the actual amount collected today and its complete supply and shipment schedule. A displayed monthly equivalent does not establish a monthly installment, and the general figure should not be assigned to every medication or preparation.
Does no contract mean unused months are refundable?
The landing FAQ uses no-contract language, but the offer also describes a prepaid annual arrangement and the prescription policy says all sales are final. Ask for the selected agreement and the handling of any unused prepaid balance. Cancellation of future shipment or renewal is not itself a refund promise.
Which pharmacy fills treatment?
The terms list Pharmxpress, Health Warehouse, BPI Labs and Precision Compounding Pharmacy & Wellness among possible partners. Confirm the actual pharmacy for your selected preparation and state. A network name alone does not establish which sterile or nonsterile products a particular partner can supply.
Who is the medical provider?
The terms identify Viking Man Inc as the SkyRx operator and describe separate medical professional entities, including Metamorphosis Aesthetics variants. Ask which practice and clinician are assigned to you and how continuing questions are handled. The technology platform does not replace the professional making the prescription decision.
When should I cancel renewal?
The terms require at least two days before the applicable renewal-processing date and allow processing before a nominal anniversary. Obtain the exact date for your selected plan. Save the acknowledgment and ask whether any order is already final, since stopping a future subscription differs from reversing prescription fulfillment.
Can I return medication or restart after pausing?
The separate return policy says prescription sales are final, with a route to report filling errors. The terms also allow a possible reactivation charge after pausing or canceling. Ask for the actual error remedy and restart amount; neither an unopened package nor a pause establishes unrestricted free reversal.
