Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

RoenRx offers online weight-management care with branded and compounded GLP-1 options when appropriate, but its public prices describe different arrangements. A current offer page lists a one-month GLP-1 plan at $199 and lower longer-plan equivalents, while the main FAQ describes a $39 introductory membership with medication purchased separately. Obtain a complete plan-specific invoice before assuming those figures represent the same treatment or a settled recurring total.

The verdict

RoenRx shows a price before the medical intake, but the advertised figure comes with conditions the headline leaves out, or its own terms don't fully back it up. It ranks 318 of 358 on price transparency.

The score beside RoenRx's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with RoenRx?

  • An online assessment followed by independent licensed-provider review.
  • Evaluation for branded or compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide when clinically appropriate.
  • Care-team communication, scheduled check-ins and coaching described within the weight-management service.
  • Prescription delivery through partner pharmacies after a valid prescription is issued.
  • Membership or medication-and-doctor plan choices with different pricing and subscription conditions.

How does RoenRx work?

  1. Identify the specific program before enrolling

The current public offer page links to a branded weight-loss account entry. Other pages describe membership, coaching and insurance coordination with separately priced medication. Ask whether you are buying a medication-and-doctor bundle or a membership with additional pharmacy charges.

  2. Complete medical review in the appropriate format

The clinician reviews history, current medicines and goals before deciding whether treatment is appropriate. The offer says most states can begin with an online review, while New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi require a short audio or video visit. Confirm the actual format, assigned clinician and professional practice for your location.

  3. Confirm the prescription and dispensing arrangement

The terms identify Bruno Health, P.A., Outlast Health and affiliated groups for professional services; the consent specifically refers to Bruno Health and affiliated groups. Roen, Inc. is the platform rather than the prescribing professional. The public sources do not name the actual dispensing pharmacy for every patient, so request that name along with the exact medicine, preparation and supply.

  4. Arrange ongoing reviews and manage renewal

The service describes messaging and check-ins, with clinical reassessment before treatment changes. Ask when medical follow-up, refills and subscription charges occur, and cancel through the account’s membership controls before renewal if you do not want another term. Keep confirmation and clarify any pharmacy order already being prepared.

How much does RoenRx cost?

Semaglutide

Public $199 one-month generic GLP-1 offer and $151 semaglutide supply headline do not resolve the complete recurring invoice; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Tirzepatide

Public $199 one-month generic GLP-1 offer and $216 tirzepatide supply headline do not resolve the complete recurring invoice; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Company advertises availability in all 50 states with restrictions; New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi require audio/video visits. Confirm clinical and pharmacy eligibility.

The current GLP-1 offer page lists monthly equivalents of $60 for twelve months, $109 for six, $106 for three and $199 for one month, without clearly assigning each amount to a particular molecule and complete recurring invoice. The main FAQ separately advertises a $39 introductory membership and medicine from $151 for semaglutide or $216 for tirzepatide with qualifying supply arrangements. These are not interchangeable complete monthly treatment prices.

  • FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter to Roen Health, Inc. dba RoenRx identifies this service’s website and criticizes misleading compounder labeling and semaglutide claims implying FDA evaluation. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Consider the letter’s historical findings alongside the current agreement and actual prescription, and confirm the dispensing pharmacy.
  • The FAQ says medication is not included in ordinary membership, which covers clinical care, coaching and insurance coordination. It describes selected three-month medicine purchases and discounts, with membership savings handled separately. A first-month $39 membership fee and a prepaid medicine equivalent should not be combined into a universal recurring total, especially when the ordinary membership renewal amount is not established.
  • The subscription policy makes an important exception: designated Semaglutide + Doctor and Tirzepatide + Doctor programs include medication, pharmacy fulfillment and membership in a bundled charge. Confirm that your actual order is one of those programs and what supply it covers.
  • The policy describes automatic renewal for the same period until canceled, even if the member has not used services. Cancel through the account before renewal to avoid another term. Some medication purchases can require multiple months of membership to maintain continuity, so confirm any minimum commitment before selecting a discounted supply. General cancellation controls do not establish a refund for a completed current term.
  • The policy says consultation, provider-visit and membership charges are nonrefundable, and prescription products cannot be refunded after issue and pharmacy fulfillment. A later section also refers to final orders once shipped. Obtain a clear processing cutoff before purchase; do not assume an unshipped order is freely refundable when the pharmacy has already begun preparation.
  • Cold delivery is advertised without extra shipping on the offer page, but the general policy allows additional charges for testing, delivery, missed visits or late rescheduling where applicable. It also says a replacement for a package with carrier proof of delivery can require a new payment. Ask which conditional charges apply to your actual package rather than treating every possible policy fee as unavoidable.

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. RoenRx does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about RoenRx?

Is the $39 first month the total treatment price?

No. The main FAQ describes an introductory membership amount and says medication is separate under that arrangement. Other designated medicine-and-doctor bundles include pharmacy and membership costs. Confirm the actual program, later membership amount and prescription price rather than combining unrelated public figures.

Does the $199 one-month offer establish the semaglutide price?

The current offer labels it as a one-month GLP-1 plan without clearly assigning the complete amount to a specific molecule and ordinary renewal invoice. Ask for the actual preparation, clinical services, supply and later charges before treating it as a settled semaglutide or tirzepatide total.

Can treatment begin without a video appointment?

The offer says an online review is sufficient in many states, while New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi require a short audio or video visit. Confirm the actual appointment and clinician requirements for your state.

Who provides clinical care?

The terms identify Bruno Health, P.A., Outlast Health and affiliated groups, while the consent describes Bruno Health and affiliated groups. Roen, Inc. is the platform. Ask which professional practice and clinician are assigned to your particular service and state; the company brand is not itself the treating professional.

Can I cancel and get unused membership fees back?

The policy says membership, consultation and provider-visit fees are nonrefundable. canceling through the account before renewal stops future charges under the applicable terms, but does not establish a refund for a completed current period. Confirm any longer membership requirement tied to a discounted medicine supply.

Is the dispensing pharmacy named publicly?

The reviewed sources describe partner pharmacies without identifying the actual dispenser for every order. Ask for the pharmacy name, exact preparation and delivery terms before fulfillment. A clinical group, care coordinator or platform company should not be mistaken for the pharmacy preparing and dispensing the prescription.
