Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Mondae advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide through online provider review, with public selectors showing one-, three- and six-month purchases. The one-month displays are $87 and $126, while longer terms have lower monthly equivalents. Before treating those as the complete care bill, clarify consultation fees and the refund policy, which is more restrictive than the product page’s no-charge-unless-approved message.

The verdict
Mondae shows its price before the medical intake and is clear about what that price covers and what conditions come with it. It ranks 22 of 293 among the programs we review on price transparency.
The score beside Mondae's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Mondae?
- An online questionnaire about health history, medicines and treatment goals, followed by a required medical consultation.
- Compounded once-weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections if an independent licensed provider prescribes them.
- Access to the provider through a patient portal for treatment questions, follow-up and dose adjustments.
- Prescription fulfillment and delivery through licensed pharmacies, with the actual professional practice and dispenser requiring confirmation.
- A platform identified as Mondae LLC that separates its technology and coordination role from the clinician’s medical judgment.
How does Mondae work?
Select the actual purchase length
The public treatment pages offer one-, three- and six-month selectors. Longer options display a monthly equivalent alongside a larger total. Compare the total payment, supply schedule and renewal interval for the option you want rather than treating every displayed amount as an independently renewable monthly purchase.
Clarify payment before clinical review
The product FAQ says no payment is collected until a physician approves treatment. The separate refund policy says consultation fees are nonrefundable even when no medication is prescribed. Ask whether any consultation fee is charged, when it is authorized and how those statements apply together to your selected order.
Review the prescription and dispensing arrangement
A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate, and a pharmacy dispenses any prescription. Ask for the exact professional practice, clinician, pharmacy, formulation, concentration, quantity and intended supply. Product illustrations are described as stylized and do not establish the actual label, vial size or medication quantity.
Manage future renewal before pharmacy processing
The terms say subscriptions renew at the interval disclosed during purchase and use the cancellation cutoff disclosed there. The refund policy allows cancellation only before the medicine is dispensed or shipped. Obtain both the next payment deadline and the earlier prescription-processing stage so you know when changes can still take effect.
How much does Mondae cost?
One-month selector $87; longer purchases $225/3 months or $414/6 months. Consultation allocation and complete ongoing month-to-month total not established.
One-month selector $126; longer purchases $372/3 months or $684/6 months. Consultation allocation and complete ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Company advertises all 50 states; confirm the selected prescription, clinical visit format and dispensing eligibility for your location
The one-month selectors show semaglutide at $87 and tirzepatide at $126. Semaglutide’s three-month option is $225 total, displayed as $75 monthly, and six months is $414, or $69 monthly. Tirzepatide’s three-month option is $372, or $124 monthly, and six months is $684, or $114 monthly. These are separate purchase terms. Consultation-fee allocation and the complete ordinary recurring bill still need confirmation before treating the one-month displays as all-inclusive care totals.
- The site advertises no membership fees, the same price at every dose and keeping the starting price while membership remains active. Obtain that promise in the actual billing agreement, including whether a plan-length change, interruption or new prescription changes the amount. A price-lock statement does not itself explain every clinical or pharmacy charge.
- The product page’s no-charge-unless-approved FAQ differs from the refund policy’s nonrefundable consultation-fee language, which expressly includes cases without a prescription. Ask for a written itemization and payment sequence before proceeding. Do not assume that either a free assessment or approval-dependent medication payment makes all professional services free.
- The terms say payments may include provider and pharmacy fees collected on their behalf, with services outside the offered network potentially billed separately. Confirm medication, consultation, dispensing, supplies, delivery and ongoing care in the quoted total. The reviewed public pages do not establish one complete recurring invoice for every selected prescription.
- The policy permits order cancellation only before dispensing or shipment. It describes a full refund for a successfully canceled unshipped order, while separately retaining consultation-fee exclusions and limited refund review. Obtain the exact amount that would be returned at each stage and submit requests promptly rather than assuming a delivered prescription can be returned.
- Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported within forty-eight hours with photographs of the medication and original packaging. The policy favors replacement when an issue is confirmed and a refund only if replacement is impossible. Wrong-order problems also have a correction process; contact the pharmacy or care team for instructions before using an uncertain product.
- The site advertises availability in all fifty states and says insurance is not required. That does not name every state-specific clinician or pharmacy. Confirm your location, actual medication and shipment address with the care team, and ask whether your state requires a live consultation rather than assuming the questionnaire completes the medical visit.

What are Mondae's pros and cons?
Pros
- Both compounded medicines are explicitly named
- Public selectors disclose longer-term purchase totals
- The program describes required licensed-provider review
- The delivery policy includes a damaged-product reporting process
Cons
- Consultation-fee language needs reconciliation with the approval-payment message
- The exact clinical practice and dispenser are not established publicly
- A precise recurring cancellation cutoff is left to the purchase agreement
- Dispensed or shipped prescriptions are not returnable
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Mondae does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Mondae?
What do the one-month selectors show?
The semaglutide page shows $87 per month and the tirzepatide page $126 for the one-month selection. Confirm whether consultation, supplies, shipping and all other charges are included in your actual invoice. The refund policy separately addresses professional consultation fees, leaving the complete care total to clarify.
Are the lower figures ordinary monthly prices?
The lower equivalents belong to longer purchases. Semaglutide is $225 for three months or $414 for six; tirzepatide is $372 or $684. Those full totals matter when assessing affordability and cancellation. Ask when the total is collected and which term renews.
Will I pay if the clinician does not prescribe?
The product FAQ says no charge until physician approval. The refund policy separately calls consultation fees nonrefundable, including when no medicine is prescribed. Obtain a written explanation of the actual assessment fee and payment timing before authorizing purchase instead of assuming all services are covered by one statement.
Who prescribes and dispenses medication?
Mondae LLC describes a platform connecting patients to independent state-licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies. The reviewed public material does not identify the exact professional practice or dispenser for every patient. Ask for both identities and the actual prescribed preparation before accepting treatment.
When can an order be canceled?
The refund policy allows cancellation only before medication is dispensed or shipped. Subscription cancellation also depends on the cutoff disclosed when purchasing. Confirm the next billing and pharmacy-processing dates and retain written confirmation; canceling a future renewal does not automatically reverse a prescription already prepared.
What if medication arrives damaged?
The policy requires reporting a damaged or defective delivery within forty-eight hours with photos of the medicine and original packaging. It describes replacement after confirmation and a refund only when replacement is not possible. Ask the pharmacy or care team for handling instructions rather than using a product whose condition is uncertain.
