Amble review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

Amble offers online clinician review and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide treatment, with medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing monitoring included in the advertised plans. The clearest semaglutide comparison is its $179 one-month option; a $129 promotion applies to the first order. Longer plans and tirzepatide offers need closer attention because the payment commitment and renewal can differ from the headline.

The verdict

Amble shows its price before the medical intake, but leaves gaps, such as what the advertised price includes or which pharmacy fills the prescription. It ranks 25 of 65 on price transparency.

The score beside Amble's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Amble?

  • An online health-history assessment reviewed by a state-licensed physician, with a live phone or video consultation where required
  • Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide injections when a provider determines treatment is appropriate
  • Medication, applicable supplies, shipping and ongoing clinical monitoring in the advertised treatment bundle
  • Secure provider messaging and scheduled check-ins, with dose changes dependent on clinical assessment
  • Patient-portal access to the treatment recommendation, dosing and dispensing schedule, and subscription management

How does Amble work?

  1. Check availability and share your history

Amble advertises access in all fifty states with exclusions. Provide your actual location, health history and current medicines so the clinician can establish which service and treatment are appropriate. Nationwide platform access is not approval for every prescription.

  2. Complete the clinical review

A physician reviews the intake and conducts a live consultation where state rules require it. The treatment recommendation appears in the portal. Ask about the exact formulation, pharmacy, dose and follow-up before treating enrollment as a completed prescription.

  3. Approve the full purchase terms

Confirm whether the quote is a one-month order or a discounted multi-month commitment. Check the amount due now, promotional period, regular renewal and any optional medication or NAD+ add-on. The lowest displayed equivalent is not necessarily the bill charged each month.

  4. Follow dispensing and renewal dates

If prescribed, medication is shipped with instructions and you can message the provider about questions or adjustments. Inspect the delivery promptly. Track both the date an order goes to the pharmacy and the next billing date, because different cancellation rules apply.

How much does Amble cost?

Semaglutide

Compounded injection one-month plan $179; $129 is first-order promotion. Longer-term equivalents require upfront commitment.

Tirzepatide

Compounded GLP-1/GIP promotion mixes $229/$329 and a $250 NAD+ bundle; medication-only recurring total not verified; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Company advertises all 50 states with exclusions; clinical and product eligibility still apply.

The GLP-1 injection page lists a one-month plan at $179 and a three-month equivalent of $160 per month. A separate promotion shows semaglutide at $129 against $179, labeled $50 off the first order. The standard bundle includes supplies, shipping and monitoring; the introductory discount does not establish the continuing price. Optional treatments and the selected commitment should be itemized before payment.

  • The same GLP-1 page has inconsistent longer-term blocks: one shows six months at $135 per month, while another shows six months at $145 and twelve at $135. Obtain the selected plan’s total and renewal rather than choosing the lower duplicate as a universal rate.
  • The GLP-1/GIP promotion shows tirzepatide-related $229 and $329 figures beside a $250 NAD+ bundle. That presentation does not establish one unambiguous ongoing tirzepatide-only bill. Confirm the medication-only renewal, dose coverage, supply and charge after any first-order offer.
  • Amble’s “same price, every dose” wording excludes introductory offers and is subject to price changes. It should not be read as a permanent guarantee that no future price increase is possible.
  • Extended memberships involve a firm commitment, and bulk plans are charged at purchase. Once the order is sent to the pharmacy, the terms exclude cancellation or refund of every month covered by that order, even if dispensing is arranged in shorter increments.
  • Future-renewal cancellation requires at least fifteen days’ notice before the next billing date under the terms. Separately, a current order can be canceled for a full refund without a cancellation fee only before it is sent to the pharmacy. Use the portal or support and obtain confirmation of both requests.
  • Report damaged or defective medication within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and original packaging. Confirmed issues generally receive replacement; refund is described when replacement is unavailable. Approved refund timing varies by route: pre-pharmacy cancellation says five to seven business days, while general approved refunds say ten to fourteen.

Who is Amble best for?

A good fit if

  • Cash-pay patients comparing a clearly labeled one-month semaglutide option
  • People who want supplies, shipping and clinical messaging in the treatment bundle
  • Patients comfortable reviewing the exact quote and managing renewal deadlines through a portal

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone expecting the first-order promotion to continue indefinitely
  • People who need an unambiguous public tirzepatide renewal before beginning an assessment
  • Shoppers who want to cancel any already transmitted multi-month pharmacy order
  • Patients expecting the platform to guarantee clinical eligibility or insurance coverage

What are Amble's pros and cons?

Pros

  • The one-month GLP-1 plan provides a usable alternative to a larger initial commitment
  • The treatment page identifies supplies, shipping and continuing monitoring as included
  • Provider messaging and check-ins give treatment questions a continuing route
  • The refund policy defines the pharmacy-transmission cutoff and damaged-order process

Cons

  • Longer-term price blocks conflict, making the selected-plan confirmation important
  • Tirzepatide promotion and bundle figures do not explain a single medication-only renewal
  • The fifteen-day renewal notice is easy to overlook beside general cancellation language
  • A pharmacy order can lock in several months before the patient has received all the medication

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. Amble does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about Amble?

Is Amble semaglutide $129 or $179 per month?

The standard one-month GLP-1 page lists $179. The separate semaglutide promotion labels $129 as a first-order price with $50 off. Budget from the selected plan’s regular renewal, and confirm any longer commitment separately.

What is the ongoing tirzepatide price?

The reviewed promotion mixes GLP-1/GIP-only figures with a NAD+ bundle. It does not clearly establish the exact recurring medication-only charge. Ask for the written product, dose coverage, supply length, amount due now and renewal total before enrolling in that offer.

Does same price at every dose mean the price can never change?

No. Amble qualifies that wording with supply- or market-related price changes and excludes introductory offers from the policy. A discount on the first order should not be treated as a permanent price lock across future prescriptions.

Can I cancel before the next charge?

The terms require cancellation requests for future renewals at least fifteen days before the next billing date. A separate current-order rule permits cancellation only before pharmacy transmission. Ask support to confirm both the subscription status and whether an active order has already crossed that cutoff.

Can I refund unused months from a bulk order?

The extended-membership terms state that once an order is sent to the pharmacy, none of its covered months can be canceled or refunded. That can apply even where medication is dispensed in one- or three-month increments. Review the entire committed amount before choosing a discounted longer plan.

What happens if the provider does not prescribe?

The refund policy says you will not be charged if treatment is inappropriate, while the terms describe refunding an initial payment if a prescription cannot be provided for medical reasons. Confirm whether your checkout uses a payment authorization or an actual charge, and retain the resulting confirmation.
