Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Lavender Sky Health suits people who want to order treatment when needed and compare named pharmacies rather than pay a recurring membership. It offers compounded and brand-name weight-management options, with a $65 new-patient consultation and medication charged separately. Pharmacy, formulation, dose and supply length determine the actual total; its lowest monthly-equivalent headlines are not universal monthly bills.

The verdict
Lavender Sky Health shows a price before the medical intake, but the advertised figure comes with conditions the headline leaves out, or its own terms don't fully back it up. It ranks 45 of 65 on price transparency.
The score beside Lavender Sky Health's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Lavender Sky Health?
- A licensed-provider evaluation through an electronic consultation or a phone/video route, depending on state and clinical needs, with a treatment plan delivered through the portal
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injection options from named pharmacies, with different additives, strengths and quantities; the prescribed formulation matters as much as the molecule name
- The ability to select among participating pharmacies that serve your state rather than assuming every advertised plan is available nationwide
- Medication, shipping, supplies and provider/team support within custom pharmacy treatment-plan prices, with consultation charges separate
- Brand-name prescriptions as another route, with a separate monthly care-plan fee and medication purchased from the dispensing pharmacy
- Patient guides, prescription summaries and portal communication for ongoing care; optional testing and other treatments should be considered separate purchasing decisions
How does Lavender Sky Health work?
Check pharmacy and consultation access
Review the state-coverage page and the available consultation format before choosing a price. Lavender Sky says its practice serves all 50 states and Washington, DC, but individual pharmacies and medications have narrower shipping coverage. California, for example, has a shorter pharmacy list than many states.
Pay for a clinical evaluation
The new-patient consultation costs $65. Provide health history, current medicines and goals so the provider can assess treatment. If continuing above a starting dose, supply documentation of the previous prescription; a price-table dose is not approval to select it yourself.
Choose the prescribed pharmacy plan
Compare the formulation, total quantity, supply duration and full invoice. A one-month vial, an eight-to-ten-week tier and an extended plan create different upfront commitments. Standard brand-name care works differently because its plan price excludes the medicine itself.
Request refills and required follow-ups
Orders are placed actively rather than renewed automatically. The patient guide requires an early review for new GLP-1 users, then follow-ups generally every six months in active treatment or twelve months on maintenance. Your provider can ask to see you sooner when needed.
How much does Lavender Sky Health cost?
Pharmacy/formulation/dose-specific prepaid orders. Example Southend semaglutide/B6 monthly tiers $139/$159/$179; $65 initial or $40 follow-up consult extra when due.
Pharmacy/formulation/dose-specific prepaid orders. Example ReviveRx tirzepatide/B6 monthly tiers $149–$199; $65 initial or $40 follow-up consult extra when due.
Company advertises practice access in all 50 states and DC; pharmacy, formulation and consultation-mode coverage varies.
Consultations cost $65 initially and $40 for follow-ups, separate from medication. As examples of one-month compound plans, Southend semaglutide/B6 is $139 at its starter tier, $159 mid and $179 advanced; ReviveRx tirzepatide/B6 is $149 starter, $169 mid, $189 advanced and $199 advanced-plus. These are pharmacy- and dose-qualified examples, not a complete bill for every patient.
- Tier and extended plans are paid upfront. For example, the Southend semaglutide tier-one listing is $199 for ten weeks, advertised as an $80 monthly equivalent. The actual order charge is $199 plus any consultation due; the equivalent should not be presented as monthly installment billing.
- Custom plans include medication, shipping and supplies. Brand-name plans instead cost $25 per month for care and prescriptions, with the pharmacy medication payment separate. Ask for the final total for your chosen product rather than importing a compound-plan price into a brand-name comparison.
- There are no recurring membership charges or automatic medication subscriptions. An ordinary refill between required consultations has no additional provider or consultation fee. A follow-up still becomes payable when due, so pay-per-order care does not mean clinical review is optional.
- For someone newly starting a GLP-1, the guide requires review after at least two months: a monthly patient can receive one refill before that review, while a tier or extended supply may already cover the interval. The later six-month schedule should not be mistaken for permission to skip that initial check.
- Electronic consultations are nonrefundable once submitted, and delivered consultations are nonrefundable. Once an invoice is paid, medication changes are generally unavailable; pharmacy-processed orders are final. Eligible refunds can carry a nonrefundable 5% processing deduction. Report delivery or medication problems to both the pharmacy and practice within the stated 24-hour window.

What are Lavender Sky Health's pros and cons?
Pros
- Pharmacies, formulations and actual upfront quantities are described in public price tables
- No automatic medication subscription means patients control when to place another order
- One-month options let eligible patients avoid a larger initial medicine purchase
- Consultation fees and the difference between custom and brand-name plans are stated separately
Cons
- The lowest advertised equivalents can require a larger prepaid supply
- Consultation fees add to the first order and to later orders when a follow-up is due
- Dose changes or a different pharmacy can change the medicine price
- Choosing between many formulations and checking state coverage takes more work than a single bundled subscription
- Refund and delivery-reporting rules require prompt attention after payment and receipt
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. Lavender Sky Health discloses Hallandale Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, ReviveRx Pharmacy, Southend Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Lavender Sky Health?
Is there a monthly membership?
No recurring membership or automatic medication subscription applies to the custom ordering model. You pay for consultations when needed and medicine when ordered. Brand-name treatment is separately listed with a $25 monthly care-plan fee and medication purchased from the pharmacy; clarify that route before comparing costs.
What should I budget beyond the medication table?
Include the $65 first consultation and $40 follow-ups when required. Custom pharmacy plans include the listed medicine, supplies and shipping, while brand-name care excludes medication. Your chosen dose and pharmacy can also change the price of subsequent orders.
Are the lowest monthly figures billed monthly?
Not necessarily. The tier tables describe prepaid supplies lasting roughly eight to ten weeks, and extended plans cover longer periods. Their monthly equivalents help compare value. Pay attention to the complete invoice and supply duration rather than assuming the equivalent is a payment schedule.
Can I choose a pharmacy?
Yes, among the practice’s participating pharmacies available for your state and prescription. Coverage differs by pharmacy and sometimes molecule. A formulation or price listed in the full menu may not be available at your address, so check both pages before choosing.
Do I need follow-up care if refills have no fee?
Yes. New GLP-1 users have an initial review requirement, and continuing patients need current consultations. The usual later intervals are six months during active treatment or twelve months on maintenance, with earlier review when the clinician requests it. Free refill processing does not replace those appointments.
Can I stop without canceling a subscription?
For custom pay-per-order care, simply stop placing new orders; there is no automatic renewal to turn off. That does not undo charges for a submitted electronic consult or processed medicine. Contact support promptly about an existing invoice or order and ask which refund rules apply.
