FitFlow review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

FitFlow offers online compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide care through an independent Wasef Health provider network. The headline monthly figures are annual-plan equivalents, while the treatment pages also show higher prices billed one month at a time. The practical choice is whether a prepaid discount is worth committing more money before you know how treatment will suit you.

The verdict

Public offers are available, but a directly comparable ongoing month-to-month total is not established. Read the billing and treatment qualifications below.

The score beside FitFlow's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with FitFlow?

  • An online health assessment reviewed by a Wasef Health provider licensed for your state. FitFlow supplies the technology and administrative access; the independent clinician decides whether to prescribe and which treatment is appropriate. Completing the visit does not automatically authorize medication.
  • Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide prepared by a licensed US pharmacy when prescribed. These preparations are not FDA-approved. The medication you receive should have its own pharmacy label and instructions; a product illustration does not establish the exact formulation or concentration.
  • Communication with the care team and ongoing check-ins described on the medical-team page. Ask how clinical questions reach your prescriber, how refills are assessed and whether a live visit or additional information is required for your circumstances.

How does FitFlow work?

  1. Compare the payment interval first

Choose the treatment and distinguish the monthly option from three-, six- and twelve-month packages. A yearly equivalent is useful for calculating a budget, but it is not the amount charged each month. Ask for the first payment, actual supply, shipment schedule and any financing conditions before accepting a longer plan.

  2. Complete the independent clinical review

Provide your health history, current medicines, previous weight treatment and relevant concerns through the online visit. The medical-team page names Wasef Health as the clinical network. Ask which practice and clinician will provide your care, particularly if the location where you receive treatment changes during the plan.

  3. Confirm fulfillment before processing

Ask for the pharmacy, prescribed preparation, concentration, supply and delivery instructions before the order is transmitted. That timing matters because the refund policy makes pharmacy submission the cancellation cutoff. Clarify an uncertain treatment or payment choice while the team can still explain what remains reversible.

  4. Manage follow-up and renewal separately

Use the patient portal for treatment questions and contact the team to end a subscription. The cancellation policy says confirmed cancellations prevent further renewal while access continues through the paid cycle. Stopping future billing does not create a proportional refund for an unused part of a prepaid period.

How much does FitFlow cost?

Semaglutide

Compounded semaglutide $175 billed monthly versus $1,188/year ($99/mo equivalent); actual prescribed product and plan affect price; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Tirzepatide

Compounded tirzepatide $235 billed monthly versus $1,608/year ($134/mo equivalent); actual prescribed product and plan affect price; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Confirm clinical service and location eligibility. Available only where the treating provider is licensed; confirm the selected treatment and state during intake

The semaglutide page lists $175 billed monthly and the tirzepatide page lists $235 billed monthly. Lower headlines of $99 and $134 per month require annual commitments of $1,188 and $1,608. The pages qualify actual pricing by the product and plan prescribed, so obtain the complete personal quote rather than assuming every dose or preparation shares one unconditional total.

  • Semaglutide packages are $435 every three months, equivalent to $145 per month, or $720 every six months, equivalent to $120. Compare the full prepaid amount with the ordinary monthly choice. The savings only make sense if the supplied treatment, follow-up and cancellation conditions fit your circumstances.
  • Tirzepatide packages are $597 every three months, equivalent to $199 per month, or $1,050 every six months, equivalent to $175. Financing an annual purchase does not turn it into an ordinary cancelable monthly medication plan. Request the payment agreement and treatment agreement together if using installment services.
  • The refund policy permits cancellation before pharmacy submission and a full refund when the clinician finds you medically ineligible. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, voluntary cancellation and refund are no longer available. Waiting for the shipping notification can therefore be too late.
  • Damaged deliveries must be reported within twenty-four hours, with a clear photograph. A delivered-but-missing shipment also requires prompt notice and supporting documentation. Keep the packaging and tracking information so the team and dispensing pharmacy can assess the specific concern rather than treating a replacement as automatically guaranteed.

What are FitFlow's pros and cons?

Pros

  • Publishes separate monthly and prepaid schedules
  • Names its independent clinical network
  • Explains the pharmacy-submission refund cutoff

Cons

  • Headline equivalents require annual commitment
  • Does not name the actual dispensing pharmacy on the clinical-network page
  • No partial refund for unused time in a billing cycle

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. FitFlow does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about FitFlow?

Who decides whether treatment is appropriate?

An independent Wasef Health provider reviews the online visit and makes the clinical decision. FitFlow describes individual assessment rather than automatic approval. Ask which clinician and medical practice will be responsible for your care and how to contact them between prescription reviews.

Are $99 and $134 ordinary monthly payments?

They are annual-plan equivalents. The pages list $1,188 yearly for semaglutide and $1,608 yearly for tirzepatide, with separate monthly choices of $175 and $235. Confirm the plan actually prescribed and the total authorized payment before comparing an annual headline with another provider’s monthly bill.

Can I get my money back if I do not qualify?

The refund policy provides a full refund for a medical ineligibility decision. A voluntary change of mind follows different rules, especially after a prescription reaches the pharmacy. Ask the team to confirm the status of the consultation and order if requesting cancellation.

Can I cancel after the pharmacy receives the prescription?

The published policy says cancellation and refund are no longer possible after pharmacy transmission. Subscription cancellation can still stop future renewals once confirmed, but unused time within the current billing cycle is not prorated. Keep confirmation of both the current-order decision and future subscription status.

Are these the same as approved branded medicines?

The product pages describe compounded medications and explicitly state that they are not FDA-approved. A compounded preparation should not be treated as the same approved product because it contains a familiar active ingredient. Discuss the prescribed formulation, alternatives and instructions with the independent clinician and dispensing pharmacy.

Is every treatment available in every state?

Eligibility depends on where the provider is authorized to treat you and the specific service. The terms require that you be in a state where the program operates. Confirm your location and selected medication during intake instead of treating a general online-care statement as an unrestricted nationwide promise.
