Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Evernow offers online weight-management prescribing within a broader menopause and midlife-care service. You can choose a one-time video visit or ongoing membership, while medication is a separate pharmacy expense. The $35 monthly headline is the equivalent of a $420 annual membership, not the flexible monthly plan. It is most useful to compare when weight care overlaps with menopause symptoms and you want a clinician to consider both together.
Evernow does not pay us. We review it so you can compare it with the programs that do. Disclosure

The verdict
Evernow shows a price before the medical intake, but the advertised figure comes with conditions the headline leaves out, or its own terms don't fully back it up. It ranks 203 of 293 on price transparency.
The score beside Evernow's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Evernow?
- A menopause-trained clinician who can assess weight concerns alongside other midlife symptoms
- Branded weight-management options including Wegovy and Zepbound when appropriate, with some other medicines potentially prescribed off label
- A choice between pay-per-visit care and membership with ongoing secure messaging
- Medication sent to a local or online pharmacy, or home delivery where available
- Access to the care plan and prescription services, with the length and format depending on the care option selected
How does Evernow work?
Choose the right care format
Evernow offers pay-per-visit care for a scheduled video conversation and membership for ongoing messaging and continuing access. Its public FAQ says the per-visit option includes ninety days of care-platform and prescription access. Ask how weight-management follow-up will work within that period and whether additional visits or a membership would be needed for your intended treatment.
Check visit and medication coverage separately
Evernow accepts specified major commercial insurance plans for video visits but says membership fees are not insurance-covered. Prescription insurance is another question: ask your plan whether it covers the particular drug, indication and pharmacy. Acceptance of an insurer for a visit does not establish coverage for Wegovy, Zepbound or any other weight-management prescription.
Discuss the broader health picture
Complete the health profile and tell the clinician about weight changes, current medicines and other symptoms. The weight-care menu includes several branded options, but selection remains a clinical decision. Ask which treatment is intended for your diagnosis, whether it is being used off label and how monitoring will be coordinated with your existing healthcare providers.
Arrange follow-up and understand renewal
A one-time visit and a prepaid membership create different obligations. Before selecting three or twelve months, ask how renewal, cancellation and access to remaining paid time work. Establish which prescription fills renew automatically and how to stop those separately if necessary. Keep the clinic and pharmacy contacts so an account question does not delay a treatment question.
How much does Evernow cost?
Branded semaglutide drug extra; care $49/mo or prepaid $129/3mo,$420/year; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Branded tirzepatide drug extra; video visits may cost extra beyond membership; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Company advertises care in all 50 states and DC; confirm weight-care enrollment and coverage for your location.
The FAQ lists a $49 month-to-month membership, $129 for three months, or $420 for twelve months. The $35 monthly headline is the annual equivalent. Video visits can involve an insured copay or deductible, or a $150 self-pay fee; the FAQ describes optional video visits as separately charged even for members. Medication is a separate cost. No complete ongoing semaglutide or tirzepatide total follows from the membership headline.
- Pay-per-visit care does not require a membership. The company lists $150 for a self-pay visit and an insurance route for eligible commercial plans. Ask whether the proposed follow-up schedule changes the value of this option compared with ongoing membership.
- The annual and quarterly membership equivalents require larger total purchases. The site recommends at least three months for best results, but that recommendation should not be confused with a universal compulsory minimum or a guarantee that the unused portion will be refunded.
- Evernow says Medicare and Medicaid are not currently supported for visit coverage. Check the actual benefit and payment route before booking; a platform’s national service footprint does not mean every insurance type is accepted.
- The public general terms allow recurring payment arrangements and say pharmaceutical medication cannot be returned. They direct order problems to support. A precise membership cancellation notice period, partial-term refund rule and prepaid renewal agreement are not established on the reviewed general pages; request the selected plan’s agreement before paying.
- The general terms identify Evernow, Inc. and separate it from Evernow Medical and Cloud Health medical practices. They contain broad site-use liability exclusions and a $500 fallback cap where those exclusions cannot be enforced, subject to applicable law.
- The weight-loss page includes diabetes-branded and obesity-branded medicines and acknowledges possible off-label use. Do not assume that the availability of a prescription creates the same insurance eligibility for every indication or makes one drug a direct substitute for another.

Who is Evernow best for?
A good fit if
- Women seeking weight care alongside menopause or perimenopause concerns
- People deciding between a scheduled consultation and continuing messaging support
- Patients with a clear separate medication benefit or an affordable pharmacy cash price

- Patients who need a complete all-in GLP-1 budget without checking pharmacy and visit charges

What are Evernow's pros and cons?
Pros
- The platform addresses weight concerns within broader midlife care
- Public prices distinguish monthly, quarterly, annual and per-visit options
- Both membership and a no-membership consultation route are available
Cons
- Medication and optional video-visit costs can add to membership spending
- The annual headline is easy to misread as the flexible monthly price
- Detailed cancellation and prepaid refund terms need plan-specific confirmation
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Evernow does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Evernow?
Does the $35 membership include medication?
No complete medication-inclusive offer is established by that figure. It is the monthly equivalent of the $420 annual membership. Branded GLP-1 spending depends on the prescription and pharmacy, and optional video visits may involve separate copays, deductibles or the self-pay visit fee.
What is the flexible monthly care price?
The public FAQ lists $49 month to month. It also lists $129 for three months and $420 for twelve months. Confirm the selected term, renewal and cancellation agreement before paying, particularly when comparing a prepaid equivalent with a monthly subscription.
Can I book a single weight-care visit?
Evernow offers a pay-per-visit route without membership, with eligible commercial insurance or $150 self-pay pricing. The FAQ says it includes ninety-day access to the care platform and prescriptions. Ask the clinician how follow-up for your specific medication would be arranged.
Are Wegovy and Zepbound available?
The weight-care menu names both, subject to provider assessment. It also includes other branded medicines and notes that some treatment may be off label. A menu listing is not a guaranteed prescription, and insurance eligibility depends on the actual drug and indication.
Is Evernow available nationwide?
The FAQ says the service is available in all fifty states and Washington, D.C. Confirm your specific care and prescription route, particularly if traveling or using a particular pharmacy. National service availability does not establish universal coverage for every medicine or insurance plan.
Can I cancel a prepaid membership for a partial refund?
The reviewed public general pages do not establish a complete partial-term refund rule or precise cancellation deadline for that membership. Request the selected plan’s agreement before paying. Also ask how to stop any automatic medication fills; medication returns are excluded under the general terms.
