Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Peak Wellness, operated by Peak Wellness LLC, offers online compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide care. Its treatment page separates the introductory month from renewal: semaglutide starts at $179 then renews at $249, while tirzepatide starts at $279 then renews at $349. Lower monthly headlines require longer prepayment. This review concerns that specific online program, whose clinical-provider and pharmacy relationships should be confirmed for the actual prescription.

What do you get with Peak Wellness?
- An online intake and provider review, with a prescription issued only if clinically appropriate. The current homepage names Dr. TelX as the provider group. Peak Wellness is the facilitating platform; the professional who evaluates you and the pharmacy dispensing the medicine have different responsibilities.
- Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide injections, if prescribed, within a plan describing medication, injection supplies, provider oversight and dose check-ins. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not the same products as branded medicines. The clinician determines the actual formulation and instructions.
- Included expedited delivery, described as next-day air after pharmacy processing, with tracking. That shipping service does not mean an order arrives the day after intake: provider review, prescription preparation and the actual dispatch date occur first. Confirm the delivery address and supplied quantity before processing.
- Named pharmacy relationships with Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Southend Pharmacy and Absolute Pharmacy. The treatment page says Emerald fills most orders, but this is the company’s description, not a confirmed assignment for every patient. Ask which dispenser will actually supply your preparation and state.
How does Peak Wellness work?
Identify the right program and location
Start from the official Peak Wellness treatment page and its branded intake. Confirm the legal platform, treating group and state access for your address. A similarly named regional clinic is not automatically the same service, and nationwide website access does not guarantee every prescription can be provided everywhere.
Choose monthly or a longer commitment
Compare the first payment, standard renewal and complete prepaid amount. The treatment page offers three- and six-month alternatives with lower monthly equivalents. Confirm when the full charge is collected and how the prescribed supply will be divided across shipments before committing to a longer course.
Complete the independent clinical assessment
Provide medical history, current medicines and previous treatment information. The site says nothing is collected until provider approval. Clinical review still controls whether a prescription is issued and which plan is appropriate; an automated preliminary eligibility message is not the final medical decision.
Confirm the dispenser and continuing payments
Obtain the assigned pharmacy, shipment schedule and follow-up instructions. The homepage says pauses, skips and cancellation take effect at the next billing cycle. Request confirmation before that renewal and distinguish stopping future billing from undoing a prescription purchase that is already final.
How much does Peak Wellness cost?
$179 first month then $249 month to month, including medication, supplies, shipping and provider oversight; lower six-month equivalent $165 requires prepayment.
$279 first month then $349 month to month, including medication, supplies, shipping and provider oversight; lower six-month equivalent $232 requires prepayment.
Confirm clinical and pharmacy access for your location. Company describes U.S. online care; complete current preparation-specific state coverage not established on reviewed pages; verify provider and dispenser access before enrollment
Standard month-to-month renewals are $249 for semaglutide after the $179 introductory month and $349 for tirzepatide after the $279 introductory month. Six-month plan headlines are approximately $165 and $232 per month, respectively, with prepayment required. The introductory charge and prepaid equivalent should not replace the ongoing monthly renewal when comparing flexible plans.
- The treatment page includes medication, needles and syringes, alcohol wipes, shipping and provider oversight in the stated flat price. It advertises no separate membership and no price increase solely because the prescribed dose changes. Confirm the actual accepted preparation and any service outside that described bundle before authorizing payment.
- Longer plans lower the advertised monthly equivalent by increasing the commitment. Ask for the full amount due, renewal interval and handling of future undispensed supply. A six-month payment is not the same cash-flow choice as a monthly subscription, even when both use a monthly figure in the headline.
- The homepage allows a pause, skip or cancellation through the account or care team, effective at the next billing cycle, and advertises no cancellation fee. The reviewed policy does not establish one precise advance-day cutoff. Make the request early and keep written confirmation rather than waiting for a renewal notice.
- The refund page says prescription sales are final and products cannot be returned for reuse or resale. A suspected prescription-filling error should be reported to the team for investigation. Do not interpret cancellation flexibility as a general refund guarantee for prepared, shipped or unused prescription medication.

What are Peak Wellness's pros and cons?
Pros
- Separates introductory offers from standard renewal prices
- Publishes provider-group and pharmacy relationships
- Describes included supplies, oversight and expedited delivery
Cons
- Lowest advertised equivalents require longer prepayment
- Prescription sales are final under the published policy
- Actual state access and pharmacy assignment need individual confirmation
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. Peak Wellness discloses Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Southend Pharmacy, Absolute Pharmacy as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Peak Wellness?
What will the monthly plan cost after the first month?
The treatment page lists $249 for semaglutide and $349 for tirzepatide after the respective $179 and $279 introductory months. Those renewals are the useful flexible-plan comparison. Confirm your accepted formulation and standard charge before authorizing the first payment.
Are the $165 and $232 prices monthly payments?
They are advertised monthly equivalents on six-month plans. The program says prepaying for three or six months lowers the monthly cost. Obtain the actual total collected, renewal period and shipment schedule rather than assuming the lowest headline is a cancelable month-to-month charge.
Who provides medical care and who dispenses?
The homepage names Dr. TelX as the clinical group and separately lists Emerald, Epiq Scripts, Southend and Absolute Pharmacy relationships. Ask which professional entity and pharmacy are assigned to your treatment. A medical group is not a dispenser, and a partner list is not an individual prescription label.
Does next-day shipping mean next-day treatment?
No. The advertised shipping service follows provider approval and pharmacy processing. Confirm dispatch, tracking and delivery timing for your actual order, and make sure someone can receive it appropriately. A shipping method is different from a guarantee about when the prescription will be approved or prepared.
Can I cancel or skip a renewal?
The homepage says you can pause, skip or cancel through the account or care team, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle. Obtain confirmation in advance. The reviewed pages do not establish a precise universal day cutoff, and an existing prescription order remains subject to the final-sale policy.
Are refunds available for prescription medication?
The published refund page says prescription sales are final and returns for reuse or resale are not accepted. It invites contact if a filling error is suspected. Ask about the actual order before processing; canceling future renewal does not create an automatic refund for medication already purchased.
