Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Ivologist combines local wellness services with a dedicated online weight-management assessment and prescription GLP-1 programs. Its standard medicine pages offer monthly subscriptions and prepaid titration plans, while a separate microdosing page advertises quarterly starter and maintenance purchases. Those are different regimens and payment periods. The terms permit refunds when a clinician determines that a purchased treatment cannot be provided medically, but otherwise make sales final. Confirm the actual prescription, term and full renewal before choosing the smallest displayed amount.

The verdict
Ivologist shows its price before the medical intake, but leaves gaps, such as what the advertised price includes or which pharmacy fills the prescription. It ranks 134 of 358 on price transparency.
The score beside Ivologist's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

- Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide options when clinically appropriate.

How does Ivologist work?
Choose a clinical discussion rather than a dose
The current online entry begins with motivation and health goals. Describe previous treatment, current medicines, conditions and any side effects to the provider. The website lists standard and microdosing options, but the clinician decides whether treatment and a particular formulation or regimen are suitable. The clinician determines the titration schedule.
Identify the responsible care provider
The terms and telehealth consent identify Ivologist Weight Loss Center, LLC, doing business as Ivologist. The consent describes remote clinical services and the need for an appropriately licensed provider in the patient’s actual location. Ask for the individual clinician’s name, role and practice contact before treatment. The business’s physical locations do not establish that an online patient must attend an office or that every state is supported.
Confirm the prescription and dispensing arrangements
The medicine pages describe patient-specific compounded preparations and the consent permits a pharmacy of the patient’s choice. Obtain the actual dispenser, preparation, concentration and supply on the prescription and invoice. Ask how storage, administration and beyond-use instructions will be provided. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved; confirm the exact dispensed preparation.
Arrange follow-up and renewal
The consent allows the provider to request updated labs, a physical examination or further follow-up, and to recommend in-person care when needed. Ask how to report symptoms, obtain dose review and contact the clinical team between visits. Subscription cancellation is a separate billing action. Record renewal and pharmacy cutoffs; a clinical pause may not stop a prepared order.
How much does Ivologist cost?
Semaglutide titration $149 monthly display and $422 prepaid alternative differ from quarterly maintenance/microdosing offers; complete ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Tirzepatide titration $249 monthly display and $722 prepaid alternative differ from quarterly maintenance/microdosing offers; complete ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Confirm clinical and pharmacy eligibility for the actual state and preparation; online care is limited to locations where the treating provider is licensed.
The semaglutide titration page displays a monthly offer of $149 against $199 and a separate $422 prepaid option, with a stated eleven-week total. Tirzepatide displays $249 against $299 and a separate $722 prepaid option, with twelve-week totals. The microdosing page advertises quarterly starter and maintenance purchases instead. These offer-specific periods and regimens do not establish one complete ordinary month-to-month price across either medicine.
- The semaglutide page describes a titration range of 0.25–0.75 mg, a $149 first-month and continuing display, and $447 over eleven weeks. Its prepaid alternative is $422 with a monthly equivalent. Ask how many shipments, injections and subscription charges the proposed titration actually includes. A displayed equivalent should not be treated as a calendar-month amount or the cost of every future maintenance prescription.
- The tirzepatide titration page describes 2.5–7.5 mg, a $249 first-month and continuing display, and $747 over twelve weeks. A prepaid alternative is $722. Those are selected program figures, not an express unchanged-price promise across all dose levels. Confirm the next prescribed supply and price if the provider changes dose, formulation or the stage of treatment.
- The separate microdosing page lists a semaglutide starter equivalent of $33 per week and tirzepatide at $58 per week, billed quarterly. Its maintenance descriptions display $199 and $299 per month with twelve weeks of treatment and three-month billing increments. Microdosing, titration and maintenance are different offers; the cheapest weekly equivalent should not replace the full invoice for another regimen.
- The standard product descriptions include clinician review, medication and supplies. The general consent says patients are responsible for visits, labs and services unless otherwise stated. Request the selected bundle’s included components and any individually required testing. Generic responsibility language does not itself establish an additional mandatory fee, but it also does not guarantee that every separate wellness service is included.
- Subscriptions bill in advance at the selected frequency and renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. The terms allow cancellation through account settings or support, effective at the end of the paid term. They do not describe a universal required multi-month commitment for every monthly product. A prepaid purchase has its own paid period, and stopping later renewal does not automatically refund unused time.
- The terms make sales final with an important exception: if a licensed provider determines that a purchased treatment, medication or service is medically inappropriate and therefore cannot be provided, its paid amount is refunded to the original payment method. This is not a general results or satisfaction guarantee. Obtain the clinician’s decision and identify the unprovided service when requesting the exception.

What are Ivologist's pros and cons?
Pros
- Current dedicated online weight-management entry
- Operator and care responsibilities identified in clinical documents
- Express refund exception for medically inappropriate unprovided treatment
Cons
- Several different periods and program prices require clarification
- A universal complete ordinary monthly cost remains unresolved
- General sales and unused-period refund limits remain restrictive
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Ivologist does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Ivologist?
What does the semaglutide offer cost?
The titration page displays $149 monthly against $199, with an eleven-week total and a separate $422 prepaid alternative. Other maintenance and microdosing offers use different figures and billing periods. Obtain the actual prescribed program and full renewal before comparing prices.
Is tirzepatide $249 for every dose?
The current titration offer displays $249 within a stated dose range and twelve-week program figures. It does not expressly establish one unchanged amount across every future dose or maintenance regimen. Ask for the next prescription and renewal quote.
Are the weekly starter amounts billed weekly?
The microdosing page qualifies the $33 and $58 weekly equivalents with quarterly billing. They describe separate starter offers rather than an independently purchased week. Confirm the full payment, medicine, supply and clinical plan before using those equivalents in a comparison.
Can an online patient receive care?
The current entry begins a dedicated health-goal assessment, and the consent describes remote provider services. Care depends on a licensed clinician serving your actual location. Some patients may need testing, further follow-up or an in-person evaluation before a prescription is appropriate.
How do I stop automatic renewal?
The terms allow account cancellation or contacting support, effective at the end of the current paid term. Keep confirmation and ask about a prescription already being prepared. Cancellation prevents later renewal under the agreement; it does not itself create an unused-period refund.
What if the clinician cannot provide treatment?
The terms refund the paid amount for a treatment, medication or service that a licensed provider determines is medically inappropriate and therefore cannot be provided. The refund goes to the original payment method. Other purchases remain subject to the general final-sale rule.
