Unique Physique review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

Unique Physique provides clinician-led weight-management care through telemedicine as well as its Baton Rouge clinic. Its pricing page excludes four states, so it is an online option with defined geographic limits. The Essential and Premium programs have published supply prices, but their current descriptions do not clearly establish a separate semaglutide or tirzepatide quote. Confirm the prescription before choosing on the program tier, and read the early pharmacy-processing and delivery-reporting deadlines.

The verdict

Public offers are available, but a directly comparable ongoing month-to-month total is not established for both molecules. Read the plan and billing qualifications below.

The score beside Unique Physique's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Unique Physique?

  • An initial clinician consultation before weight-management medication is prescribed, with brand-name or compounded options considered according to the patient’s needs.
  • Essential and Premium program tiers with dose and supply qualifications that need to be matched to the actual prescription.
  • Telemedicine availability outside excluded states, with Baton Rouge metro patients told to collect medication in the office.
  • Ongoing monitoring, nutrition guidance and account controls for renewal changes, cancellation and dose-adjustment requests.

How does Unique Physique work?

  1. Confirm your location and prescription

The pricing page excludes Alaska, California, Kansas and Wisconsin and retains office pickup for Baton Rouge metro patients. Ask whether your particular preparation can be provided at your location. The two tiers are program descriptions rather than clear molecule-specific quotes, so confirm the medicine, concentration, supplies and full amount before selecting a price.

  2. Bring written transfer records

The practice asks transferring patients for a prescription, label or previous-provider letter documenting their current treatment. Arrange those records before the visit, including the medication, dose and most recent order. Verbal recollection alone may not be accepted. The clinician can still choose a different starting approach after evaluating your history and time since treatment.

  3. Check how auto-renewal is timed

The service page says medication is ordered during the third week of the first prescription and supplied in four-week increments. Ask for your exact processing and charge dates and how the account handles a five-week calendar month. Those dates affect cancellation and dose changes; the expected parcel arrival is not the only deadline that matters.

  4. Inspect the order immediately

Account policy asks for damage and missing-medication reports within eight hours of receipt, including photographs of the vial and packaging. Arrange for prompt collection if you are away during delivery. Contact the clinical team and actual pharmacy about any label, preparation or handling concern before using the medicine, rather than relying on a generic product illustration or another patient’s instructions.

How much does Unique Physique cost?

Semaglutide

Essential $159/Premium $289 supply tiers do not identify molecule clearly; complete semaglutide ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Tirzepatide

Essential $159/Premium $289 supply tiers do not identify molecule clearly; complete tirzepatide ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

All 50 states except Alaska, California, Kansas and Wisconsin; Baton Rouge-area patients must confirm office pickup requirements

The pricing page lists an Essential Program at $159 for a one-month supply with doses up to 2.5 mg, and a Premium Program at $289 for a one-month injectable supply. The page does not clearly identify which molecule each tier purchases. A complete semaglutide or tirzepatide ongoing month-to-month quote is therefore not established. The service page separately describes a $25 monthly branded-prescription submission charge, with medication cost to be confirmed at the chosen pharmacy.

  • The service page describes four-week supplies and automatic pharmacy ordering before the first supply has ended. Ask whether the program amount is charged every four weeks or on another scheduled date. A one-month label, twenty-eight-day supply and calendar-month card payment should not be assumed to mean the same schedule without confirmation.
  • The same page describes a twenty-five-dollar convenience charge for manual order submission. Confirm whether your chosen method creates that extra cost. For branded prescriptions it also describes a separate twenty-five-dollar monthly submission fee, says the patient requests each refill, and excludes prior-authorization work. Ask for the full clinical and pharmacy total for that route.
  • To stop account renewal, the service page specifies submission before five in the afternoon Central time on the day before billing. The pharmacy order has a separate cutoff: it says orders cannot be retracted after forty-eight hours of submission. Cancel early and obtain confirmation of both the account and any prescription already in progress.
  • A pharmacy cancellation that remains possible can still carry a deduction of up to twenty-five percent under the service page’s stated circumstances. Correctly ordered medication is not ordinarily refunded or exchanged. Ask for the current order status and calculation rather than assuming a package that has not shipped is fully refundable.
  • Restart and re-evaluation wording uses different time references in adjacent sections of the service page. Ask which date governs your own return and whether another consultation or setup charge is required. The WELLNESS shop also states that its orders and support are separate from existing weight-management care, so contact the appropriate team for the account involved.

Who is Unique Physique best for?

A good fit if

  • Patients in eligible states who want a clinician-led telemedicine program

What are Unique Physique's pros and cons?

Pros

  • Publishes state exclusions and a direct consultation route
  • Explains transfer-document requirements
  • Details pharmacy-order and delivery-reporting deadlines

Cons

  • Program tiers do not clearly name each molecule
  • Early processing can limit cancellation
  • Delivery concerns have a short reporting window

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. Unique Physique does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about Unique Physique?

Is this only a Baton Rouge clinic?

The pricing page explicitly markets service across the United States except Alaska, California, Kansas and Wisconsin. It also says Baton Rouge metro patients must collect medication in the office. Confirm the route for your own location and prescription. Its telemedicine offering should not be mistaken for unconditional availability of every treatment in all fifty states.

Which drug does the $159 program include?

The pricing page calls it Essential and describes a one-month supply with doses up to 2.5 mg, without clearly naming the molecule. Ask the clinician to identify the prescription and preparation before paying. The dose figure by itself should not be used to label the program as an established semaglutide or tirzepatide monthly quote.

What is different about Premium?

The page lists $289 for a one-month supply and describes all-dose injectable coverage. Confirm the actual medicine, dose limits, supplies and renewal schedule for your order. A program label is not a complete description of the prescription, and it should not be compared with another company’s clearly named product solely on price.

When do I need to cancel?

The service page asks for cancellation before five in the afternoon Central time on the day before billing. It also says pharmacy orders cannot be retracted after forty-eight hours of submission. Ask whether an order is already underway. Stopping the next account charge and canceling a current prescription can require separate confirmation.

Can I transfer my existing dose?

The practice requires written evidence of the recent prescription, such as a label, prescription copy or a previous-provider letter. The clinician retains discretion after evaluation. Arrange records in advance and include the actual medicine and most recent order date. A transfer request does not guarantee the same dose or preparation will be prescribed.

What if a vial arrives damaged?

The account policy asks for reports within eight hours and photographs of both the vial and shipping packaging. Inspect promptly and contact the appropriate weight-management team. Its replacement process can involve the carrier and pharmacy and is not an unconditional immediate replacement promise. Keep documentation and ask the dispensing pharmacist about the medicine’s handling before use.
