Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Eloria’s $79 semaglutide and $129 tirzepatide offers are first-month prices. Its terms give the more useful continuing comparison: $299 and $399 per month, respectively, with automatic renewal. The program identifies Arora Health & Aesthetics as the clinical practice and offers longer prepaid plans. Those plans need particular care because stopping treatment early can reduce the discount on packages already sent.

What do you get with Eloria?
- An online weight-care assessment followed by independent clinical review. Eloria Health LLC operates the platform, while Arora Health & Aesthetics provides medical care. The treating clinician determines eligibility, the prescription and continuing treatment; submitting an assessment does not guarantee a particular medication or dose.
- Compounded weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections, with personalized formulation additions when appropriate. The site mentions B vitamins and glycine as possible additions. Ask what will actually be in your preparation and why, rather than assuming every advertised ingredient is included or that an addition improves outcomes.
- A plan presented as prescribed treatment, clinical guidance and ongoing support, with shipping included. The current care page also advertises virtual workouts, community and practical coaching. Clarify the contact channels and what support can address: a general support service is different from an individualized medical decision.
- An initial payment structure tied to clinical approval. The refund policy says the card is authorized at checkout and charged only after a provider prescribes. If you are not prescribed, the authorization is released; an erroneous charge in that situation is refunded in full.
How does Eloria work?
Choose the payment schedule as carefully as the medicine
Compare the monthly renewal price with the full three-, six- or twelve-month payment. A longer plan’s monthly equivalent does not mean monthly billing or unrestricted refunds. Read the number of pharmacy packages and the early-stop calculation before committing to a larger purchase.
Complete the medical assessment
Provide your health history, medicines, previous treatment and location through the designated intake. Services depend on where the medical practice is licensed and the pharmacy is authorized. Ask for the actual treating professional and dispensing pharmacy before fulfillment, particularly if transferring from another prescription.
Confirm approval and pharmacy status
A first charge follows prescribing approval under the published policy. Cancellation can still receive a full refund before the order is sent to the pharmacy. Once sent, the ordinary prescription order becomes nonrefundable, subject to stated exceptions for errors, damage, nonarrival and incorrect billing.
Decide whether you are stopping treatment or only renewal
The cancellation policy distinguishes ending future renewal from canceling the unfulfilled part of a prepaid plan. If you want already-paid packages to continue, say so. If you want treatment to stop, ask for the written refund calculation and which packages have already reached the pharmacy.
How much does Eloria cost?
Compounded injection $79 first month; prepaid 3/6/12-month totals $597/$1,074/$1,788. Tablets $249 first month. Shipping included. Ongoing monthly injection or tablet renewal $299/month.
Compounded injection $129 first month; prepaid 3/6/12-month totals $837/$1,554/$2,748. Shipping included. Ongoing monthly injection renewal $399/month.
Confirm clinical service and location eligibility. Only jurisdictions where affiliated clinicians and pharmacies are authorized; treatment-specific availability varies
Monthly injection plans start at $79 for semaglutide or $129 for tirzepatide, then renew at $299 or $399 per month. Three-month totals are $597/$837, six-month totals $1,074/$1,554, and twelve-month totals $1,788/$2,748. The terms also list semaglutide tablets at $249 initially, then $299 monthly. Keep formulation, introductory period and total commitment visible in every comparison.
- Prepaid plans renew automatically at the end of their chosen period until canceled. The three-month plan ships as one package, the six-month plan as two and the twelve-month plan as four. Later packages can require a clinician check-in and approval; a prepaid purchase does not override clinical decisions.
- Voluntarily ending a prepaid plan uses the three-month price for each package already sent: $597 for semaglutide or $837 for tirzepatide. For example, stopping a $1,074 six-month semaglutide plan after one sent package leaves $477 refundable. This is less than simply refunding half of the original payment.
- If the provider stops treatment or the pharmacy cannot fill it, the policy instead refunds unsent packages using the plan’s per-package allocation without that deduction. Cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date to stop renewal. Shipping is included, and the terms promise advance notice of plan price changes.

What are Eloria's pros and cons?
Pros
- Publishes actual monthly renewal amounts
- Names the independent clinical practice
- Explains different refunds for voluntary and clinician-directed stopping
Cons
- Introductory prices are substantially below renewal
- Prepaid early-stop calculation can reduce the expected refund
- Actual treatment and pharmacy availability depend on location
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Eloria does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Eloria?
What happens after the introductory month?
The terms list semaglutide injection at $79 initially and $299 on monthly renewal, with tirzepatide at $129 initially and $399 on renewal. These plans renew automatically. The low starting figures should not be used as the expected continuing bill.
Who provides clinical care?
Eloria identifies Arora Health & Aesthetics as the medical practice. The treating clinician is responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions and prescribing. Ask for that professional’s details and the actual dispensing pharmacy through your patient account before starting the prescribed preparation.
Do the longer plans renew automatically?
Yes. The terms say three-, six- and twelve-month plans renew at the end of their plan period until canceled. The twelve-month plan has four pharmacy packages, with the later two requiring a check-in and provider approval. Other plans can also require follow-up before refills.
Can I cancel before my prescription ships?
The policy allows a full refund before the order is sent to the pharmacy, which can happen before shipping. Once sent, routine prescription refunds stop, subject to stated exceptions. Ask for the pharmacy-transmission status rather than using a tracking number as the only deadline.
How is an early prepaid refund calculated?
If you voluntarily stop treatment, sent packages are counted at the three-month price, then deducted from what you paid. If the provider stops treatment or the pharmacy cannot fill it, unsent packages use the original plan allocation instead. Request the applicable calculation before canceling.
What if I am not prescribed treatment?
Eloria says it authorizes the card at checkout and charges after prescribing approval. If no prescription is issued, the authorization is released; an erroneous charge is refunded in full. The separate advertised weight-loss warranty has its own eligibility and terms and should not be assumed to cover every patient.
