Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Curex has a current online GLP-1 program alongside its better-known allergy services. The weight-care page lists compounded semaglutide from $149 and tirzepatide from $199, with injectable and dissolving-tablet options. It describes consultation, medication, shipping and support without a separate membership fee, but the selected supply and continuing payment still need confirmation. The GLP-1 terms are restrictive after clinical review or fulfillment, including a consultation fee of up to $100 even if no prescription is dispensed. Compare the actual accepted plan and cancellation cutoff rather than treating a starting amount or introductory quiz promotion as a complete ongoing total.

The verdict
Public amounts require the selected preparation, complete payment and billing term to be confirmed.
The score beside Curex's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Curex?
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections and separately described oral dissolving tablets. These routes need individual clinical review, with the exact ingredients, formulation, quantity and supplied duration confirmed in the prescription. A shared starting amount does not establish that each route has identical order terms or clinical suitability.
- Online questionnaire, independent licensed-provider review and medication fulfillment only if prescribed. The current public quiz opens a new-patient assessment introduction without requiring completed registration first. Its promotional first-month wording is separate from clinical approval and should be confirmed against the selected program’s full payment.
- Clinical services through Curex Medical Services P.A., Curex Medical of California P.C. and Curex Medical of New Jersey P.C., collectively identified in the GLP-1 terms as the medical group. Curex Inc. supplies the platform and administration. Confirm the actual professional entity and clinician for the patient’s location.
- Provider consultation, prescribed medication, shipping and ongoing support described on the treatment page, with optional network pharmacy fulfillment in the terms. The actual dispensing pharmacy is not universally named in the reviewed program material. Ask for that pharmacy and the selected plan’s testing, follow-up and delivery inclusions before processing.
How does Curex work?
Obtain the selected supply and complete charge
The public molecule cards list semaglutide from $149 and tirzepatide from $199, with both injection and dissolving-tablet options. The actual initial quiz also advertises a lower first-month promotion without establishing the medicine-specific continuing agreement. Ask for the complete payment, supplied days, billing interval and any prepaid commitment. The introductory figure should not replace the regular quote or be assigned to both medicines automatically.
Choose the formulation through the clinical review
An injection and a dissolving tablet are distinct compounded preparations, even where the site gives the same starting amount. Ask the clinician which route fits the individual history and why, and obtain the exact prescription and pharmacy information. The public program’s general benefits, patient stories or research descriptions should not be treated as evidence of an individual result or interchangeable treatment across preparations.
Clarify clinical fees and outside services
The treatment page describes prescription and medicine within the offer, but the GLP-1 terms permit separate charges for healthcare services outside the platform. They also say a completed consultation constitutes a nonrefundable fee of up to $100 regardless of dispensing or shipment. Obtain the exact applicable review fee, testing requirements and payment timing before submitting the selected request. No separate membership fee does not mean every possible clinical service is free.
Cancel before fulfillment begins
Monthly plans may be canceled or paused before the next order enters fulfillment, defined to include compounding, preparation or shipment. Once fulfillment begins, the policy makes the patient responsible for the whole order. Prepaid plans remain active through their selected term without a prorated unused-month refund. Contact support promptly and retain the actual processing status and effective cancellation date rather than waiting until a parcel is dispatched.

Curex lists semaglutide preparations from $149 and tirzepatide from $199, with the actual supply, route and payment term determined by the selected offer. The public intake also presents a first-month promotion that needs its own full terms. Obtain the entire first and continuing payments and any required services. A completed consultation can have a nonrefundable fee of up to $100 under the GLP-1 agreement.
- The lowest public molecule amounts do not establish one universal supplied period or flexible recurring total. Ask for the complete selected order and any longer commitment.
- The first-month quiz promotion is different from the treatment page’s medicine starting amounts. Confirm its applicable preparation and the price after the introductory period.
- Cancellation depends on the order entering fulfillment, including compounding or preparation, rather than shipment alone. Stopping future renewal does not automatically reverse an order already in that process.
- Prepaid unused months are not prorated under the stated policy. Completed clinical review can retain a fee even without dispensing; any discretionary courtesy refund should not be assumed in advance.

Pros
- A dedicated current weight-care route is available

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Curex does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What is on the public record
FDA warning letter
FDA issued a warning letter to Curex in September 2025. It is on the public record in FDA's warning-letter database.
The scoring method includes a deduction for a letter on record. This notice records the agency's letter and its date; funding is disclosed separately.
What else do people ask about Curex?
Is the lowest semaglutide figure a complete monthly plan?
The current page lists a starting amount of $149 without establishing the same full recurring order for every route and supply. Ask for the selected preparation, supplied days, whole charge and renewal. An introductory quiz promotion also needs its own conditions rather than being treated as the regular medication total.
Are injections and dissolving tablets the same offer?
They are separate compounded preparations requiring individual clinical assessment. The public cards may show the same starting amount, but the selected prescription, quantity, pharmacy and payment term still need confirmation. Ask the clinician about the appropriate route rather than choosing solely by a shared headline price.
Who provides the clinical assessment?
The GLP-1 terms name Curex Medical Services P.A., Curex Medical of California P.C. and Curex Medical of New Jersey P.C. as the medical group, with Curex Inc. providing platform services. Confirm the actual practice and practitioner assigned for the patient’s location and follow-up needs.
Can review cost money if no medicine ships?
The GLP-1 terms state that completion of a clinical consultation constitutes a nonrefundable fee of up to $100 regardless of whether a prescription is dispensed or shipped. Obtain the exact applicable amount and payment timing before submitting the selected request. This is separate from a general no-membership-fee statement.
When can I cancel the next order?
The policy allows cancellation or pausing before the next order enters fulfillment, including compounding, preparation or shipment. Contact support early, ask for the actual status and retain confirmation. Waiting for a shipping notice can miss the earlier preparation cutoff.
Are unused prepaid months refundable?
The current terms say a prepaid plan remains active until its selected term ends, without refunds, partial credits or prorated amounts for unused months. Confirm the complete commitment and remaining-shipment handling before prepaying. Discretionary courtesy exceptions are not a guaranteed cancellation right.
