Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
ReflexMD is a cash-pay telehealth subscription that connects patients with prescribers and pharmacy fulfillment for weight-management treatment. Its advertised bundle includes consultation, medication and shipping. The main limitation is price clarity: weekly starting offers do not establish your full recurring bill, while cancellation requires attention to both the processing deadline and your state.
ReflexMD does not pay us. We review it so you can compare it with the programs that do. Disclosure
ReflexMD publishes introductory weekly offers. A complete ongoing quote depends on the selected product and plan through qualification; those starting offers alone do not establish the recurring monthly cost.

The verdict
ReflexMD publishes introductory weekly offers. A complete ongoing quote depends on the selected product and plan through qualification; those starting offers alone do not establish the recurring monthly cost.
The score beside ReflexMD's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with ReflexMD?
- An online health questionnaire followed by an audio-video consultation to assess suitability for treatment
- Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide injections if prescribed; the separately advertised three-in-one weight-control pill is a different treatment
- Virtual consultation, medication and shipping within the advertised subscription, with continuing provider access and care-team assistance
- Prescription forwarding to a partner pharmacy or a pharmacy of your choice according to the help center; confirm whether changing fulfillment changes your total
- A Wellness Advisor service for program questions and support; treatment and prescribing decisions remain with the licensed practitioner
How does ReflexMD work?
Review the offered product and plan
Use the company’s qualification process to see available product and pricing options. Identify whether the offer covers injections or another medication, and confirm both the initial payment and the ongoing charge.
Complete the clinical assessment
Provide an accurate medical history and attend the audio-video consultation. Prior experience with a drug does not replace the new prescriber’s evaluation. The practitioner decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Confirm pharmacy fulfillment
If prescribed, the medication is sent for pharmacy processing. The help center describes one to three business days for processing followed by express shipment on weekdays; that is not a promise of delivery immediately after signup.
Follow up and manage renewal
Use provider access for clinical questions and follow the agreed monitoring plan. Note the next renewal-processing date as well as the prescription date; cancellation needs to reach the company before its stated cutoff.
How much does ReflexMD cost?
Compounded semaglutide injection; complete ongoing dose, supply and renewal quote requires the qualification process. Comparable recurring total not established.
Compounded tirzepatide injection; complete ongoing dose, supply and renewal quote requires the qualification process. Comparable recurring total not established.
Company advertises physician connections in every state; terms limit particular services by location; confirm treatment and pharmacy eligibility.
ReflexMD promotes weekly “get started” prices, including semaglutide figures of $50 or $62 and tirzepatide figures of $70 or $92 in different public offer blocks. These are starting headlines, not a complete ongoing monthly quote. The pricing help page directs prospective patients into Get Started or See If I Qualify to review product and plan options. Obtain the full first charge, supply duration and renewal amount before paying.
- The help center says the subscription includes virtual consultation, medication and shipping. The legal terms describe a cash-pay program without insurance billing; do not interpret possible reimbursement-account eligibility as insurance coverage.
- Billing can be monthly or multi-monthly according to the chosen plan; the legal terms specifically describe monthly and three-month recurring payments. A quoted weekly equivalent does not establish that you are charged weekly, or reveal a prepaid quarterly commitment.
- The help center promises current pricing while a customer remains continuously subscribed, with a new prevailing price after a lapse. That statement does not identify which initial promotion becomes your renewal price. Check the actual continuing rate and any dose or product conditions.
- The terms require cancellation at least two days before the applicable renewal-processing date. The cancellation help page also says to act before the next prescription is issued. Ask support which order your cancellation stops and retain written confirmation.
- For non-California residents, the terms and cancellation article require calling 866-849-6382. California residents can call or directly request cancellation by email. A separate help article gives broader email wording, so follow the more specific state-based instructions.
- The company promises a full refund if its prescriber does not approve a GLP-1. Once paid, membership fees are generally nonrefundable under the terms, subject to applicable policies and law. A cancellation is not automatically a refund for the current billing period.

Who is ReflexMD best for?
A good fit if
- Cash-pay patients who prefer consultation, medication and shipping in a single advertised subscription
- People comfortable reviewing a personalized product quote before comparing total cost
- Patients who want ongoing prescriber access and are willing to manage scheduled renewal and cancellation steps
Look elsewhere if

- People expecting the subscription to be billed to health insurance
- Anyone seeking emergency care, same-day in-person evaluation or guaranteed prescribing
- People who need an email-only cancellation option outside California

What are ReflexMD's pros and cons?
Pros
- The help center clearly identifies consultation, medication and shipping as subscription inclusions
- Treatment includes a clinical consultation rather than relying solely on a product purchase
- The company describes continuing provider access and pharmacy fulfillment support
- The legal terms give a specific renewal cancellation deadline and explain service access after cancellation
Cons
- Public weekly starting offers do not establish a comparable ongoing monthly treatment price
- Prepaid multi-month billing can create a larger upfront commitment than a weekly headline suggests
- Cancellation instructions differ across help pages, and the more specific terms require phone cancellation outside California
- The public pages do not clearly identify a named compounding pharmacy for a prospective patient’s order
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. ReflexMD does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about ReflexMD?
How much does ReflexMD cost after the starting offer?
A dependable ongoing semaglutide or tirzepatide total is not established by the weekly introductory headlines. The official pricing help page directs patients to its qualification process for product and plan options. Request the actual renewal payment and supply length before comparing it with another monthly program.
What does the subscription include?
The company says virtual consultation, medication and shipping are included. Confirm the precise formulation and dispensing route in your offer. The terms allow separate charges for outside healthcare or pharmacy services that are not made available through the program.
Will I be charged every week?
Do not assume so. The help center describes monthly or multi-monthly billing and the legal terms specify monthly or quarterly plans. A weekly starting figure is a price presentation; the checkout terms establish the amount and timing of the actual charge.
How do I cancel ReflexMD?
Act at least two days before renewal processing and before the next prescription is issued. Non-California residents must call 866-849-6382 under the specific terms; California residents can call or use the email address in the terms. Confirm which cycle is stopped, especially if the prescription is already processing.
Do I receive a refund if treatment is not approved?
The help center says patients not approved for a GLP-1 receive a full refund. This differs from choosing to cancel an approved subscription: the terms generally make paid membership fees nonrefundable, with access continuing through the period already paid.
Is ReflexMD available everywhere in the US?
The company describes physician connections in every state, but its legal terms say particular services can be limited by location. Confirm your state, intended medication and pharmacy fulfillment before enrolling. Provider presence does not guarantee that every treatment is available or appropriate for you.

How it compares
ReflexMD ranks 63 of 65 on our price-transparency score. Every prescription GLP-1 program we review is scored on the same question: can you see the price before you hand over your health history? The full list is on the prescription GLP-1 review index.
ReflexMD is reviewed here but is not ranked on our GLP-1 telehealth ranking, because its public starting offers do not establish the ongoing quote needed for comparison. The ranking lists the programs it leaves out, and why.
