Coby Health review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

Coby Health offers online assessment, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and home delivery without requiring a membership. Its strongest practical feature is the choice between shorter orders and prepaid supplies. Its weakest comparison point is a crowded price menu: starting offers, dose-specific refills and three- or six-month packages appear together. A careful buyer should compare the actual prescribed order, rather than choose the smallest monthly equivalent. Current terms identify Coby Health LLC and independent medical services through Beluga Health, P.A.; the public pages do not establish that Coby has become another service.

The verdict

Public prices describe specific visits, offers or commitments. They do not establish one unconditional ongoing monthly medication total.

The score beside Coby Health's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with Coby Health?

  • A clinical assessment through an online questionnaire, with a live visit when required by your location or clinical circumstances. A provider decides whether any prescription is appropriate after reviewing your information.
  • Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, with supplies and delivery described as included. The service also discusses approved branded options, whose availability and actual cost need separate confirmation.
  • Online messaging with the prescribing team for follow-up and treatment questions. This is useful continuity, but unlimited messaging is not a promise of an immediate appointment or emergency response.
  • Monthly purchase choices and longer Kickstart packages. The homepage excludes Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico from its current GLP-1 programs; the selected preparation still needs to qualify in your location.

How does Coby Health work?

  1. Choose a purchase duration

The product pages mix several dose levels, starting offers and longer supplies. Ask which row applies to your actual prescription and whether it is a one-time purchase or a recurring order. Request the entire amount charged today and the later refill amount. An equivalent calculated over six months should stay attached to its complete payment and supplied quantity.

  2. Complete the independent clinical review

Provide your health history, medicines and previous weight-care prescriptions accurately. The terms distinguish the marketplace from Beluga Health and its clinicians. You can ask the provider which preparation is proposed and why, including whether an approved alternative fits your situation. A completed shopping selection or payment does not itself establish eligibility for either medicine.

  3. Confirm the pharmacy order

Before the prescription is transmitted, request the dispensing pharmacy, active ingredients, concentration and quantity. The terms allow contracted pharmacies and, when offered during the process, a pharmacy of your choice. Confirm the price and fulfillment arrangements if you choose another pharmacy. The reviewed pages do not name one universal dispenser for every Coby order.

  4. Keep the processing deadline visible

A cancellation request before pharmacy ordering is a request, rather than a guaranteed reversal. Once a prescription has been issued and sent to a pharmacy, the homepage says changes are unavailable. Keep your confirmation and ask support about future purchases early. A clinical decision to stop treatment should also be discussed with the prescribing clinician.

How much does Coby Health cost?

Semaglutide

Compounded semaglutide has dose-specific monthly and prepaid package offers; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Tirzepatide

Compounded tirzepatide has dose-specific monthly and prepaid package offers; ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Confirm clinical service, medication and state availability before enrollment; no complete current state list established.

Coby publishes different prices for starting doses, continuing doses and prepaid supplies. For example, the semaglutide page displays a $399 three-month package and a separate $930 six-month package, alongside other configurations. Tirzepatide has its own dose-specific packages. These examples do not establish the price for an individual prescription or an unconditional continuing monthly total. The ongoing month-to-month total not established qualification therefore belongs with both comparisons.

  • The headline says no subscription is required, while some explanatory passages also refer to canceling a monthly subscription. Obtain the actual renewal setting for the chosen purchase instead of assuming every order behaves identically.
  • A successfully stopped order before medication is ordered incurs a $50 nonrefundable clinical and visit fee under the homepage policy. Cancellation attempts are not guaranteed even in that earlier window.
  • After shipping, ordinary refunds are unavailable. The company separately describes working with pharmacy partners on delivery damage, which is different from returning an unwanted prescription.
  • The service does not process insurance for care. Ask whether additional testing or another pharmacy would change the quoted amount, and keep those items separate from the included standard consultation, medicine and shipping.

Who is Coby Health best for?

A good fit if

  • Adults in supported states who want shorter and longer purchase choices
  • People comfortable obtaining a dose-specific order quote

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone needing routine refunds after pharmacy transmission

What are Coby Health's pros and cons?

Pros

  • The public pages identify the platform and independent medical group
  • The homepage gives specific state exclusions and cancellation consequences
  • Shorter purchases are available alongside longer packages

Cons

  • Numerous overlapping price configurations complicate comparisons
  • Early cancellation can retain a clinical fee
  • A particular dispensing pharmacy still needs confirmation

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. Coby Health does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about Coby Health?

Is Coby a subscription?

A membership is not required. The homepage offers one-time monthly orders and longer packages, while other passages mention a monthly subscription. Ask for the exact renewal setting attached to your chosen order. Keeping a copy of that setting matters more than interpreting a general headline as a promise about every configuration.

What does a quoted monthly equivalent mean?

It may be the complete package payment divided by its intended supply. The semaglutide page includes multiple package and refill examples, so the smallest figure should not stand alone. Obtain the total payment, prescribed quantity and expected supply together; a change in the prescription can change which comparison is relevant.

Who makes medical decisions?

The terms name Beluga Health, P.A. as a medical group providing services through the platform. Coby Health LLC handles the marketplace. Confirm your individual clinician and follow-up route in the patient account. The separation helps you direct clinical questions to the professional responsible for the prescription rather than to general support.

Can I choose my pharmacy?

The terms describe contracted pharmacies and, when prompted, pharmacies of your choice. That does not establish that every preparation or package can be filled everywhere at the same price. Ask before transmission about availability, the new payment arrangement and whether the proposed pharmacy can supply the precise preparation.

What happens if I cancel?

The homepage permits a request before pharmacy ordering but does not guarantee success. If stopped successfully, $50 is retained for clinical and visit services. After prescription transmission the order cannot be changed, and shipped orders are not refundable. Ask separately about stopping any future renewal and obtaining clinical advice about discontinuation.

Are the compounded injections approved versions of brand pens?

Coby expressly describes them as compounded preparations that have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA. They are not generic versions of the brand pens. Ask your clinician about the specific preparation, its instructions and available approved alternatives. A branded-drug study should not be treated as a trial of your individual compounded order.
