The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. MEDGm discloses RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, Triad Rx as its compounding partners. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

Does the price go up as my dose increases?
No. MEDGm says it charges the same price at any dose.
What if I pay and don't qualify?
If the clinician decides you don't qualify for a medical reason, MEDGm says you get a full refund.
How do I cancel?
Email support or use your patient portal at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Month-to-month plans are not refunded for the month you cancel. Prepaid plans refund months for which no medication was shipped.
Are labs included?
Yes. MEDGm says lab work and a metabolic report are included in the price, with no separate lab fee.
Is MEDGm's semaglutide FDA-approved?
No. Its semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. Brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and Ozempic are listed separately.
