Ivim Health review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

Ivim Health pairs prescription weight management with regular check-ins, coaching and an app. Its appeal is ongoing support rather than a prescription alone. The main buying decision is the commitment: medication plans can be prepaid, membership is required throughout treatment, and different public offers describe the charges differently.

The verdict

Ivim Health shows a price before the medical intake, but the advertised figure comes with conditions the headline leaves out, or its own terms don't fully back it up. It ranks 57 of 65 on price transparency.

The score beside Ivim Health's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

How much does Ivim Health cost?

Semaglutide

Advertised from $149/mo including medication and program fee; other public offers use prepaid medication plus $74.99/mo membership; ongoing month-to-month total not established

Tirzepatide

Advertised from $224/mo including medication and program fee; other public offers use prepaid medication plus $74.99/mo membership; ongoing month-to-month total not established

Where it operates

All 50 states and Washington, DC except Mississippi; medication availability varies

The weight-loss page advertises semaglutide from $149/month and tirzepatide from $224/month with medication and program fee included. Separately, the membership page lists $74.99/month before medication. Its medication FAQ quotes prepaid starting prices of $65 and $117, plus membership. These offers do not establish one comparable ongoing month-to-month total.

  • All compounded medication programs require upfront payment according to the medication-pricing FAQ. A monthly equivalent is not necessarily the amount due today.
  • The GLP-1 ID page describes 1-, 2-, 4- and 6-month options and says most patients start with a four-month commitment. Its FAQ says the selected program cannot be canceled once it starts; this is separate from the membership and shipment rules.
  • Obtain a written quote for the selected program and prescribed dose, including whether the advertised total already includes membership.
  • Prescription medicines are nonreturnable and generally nonrefundable. Canceling membership can stop future shipments without extending the paid program period.
  • Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. The separate supplement shop does not make its products substitutes for prescribed treatment.

Who is Ivim Health best for?

A good fit if

  • People who want frequent check-ins rather than arranging every follow-up themselves
  • Patients comparing insurance-assisted brand-name care with a cash-pay route
  • Shoppers willing to review a defined medication commitment before enrolling

Look elsewhere if

  • Anyone choosing solely by the lowest monthly headline
  • People who need a fully refundable trial of prescription medication
  • Mississippi residents, under the published service-area FAQ

What are Ivim Health's pros and cons?

Pros

  • The program describes regular clinical follow-up and app-based tracking
  • Insurance support includes prior authorization and possible appeals when appropriate
  • The pharmacy FAQ explains why the dispensing pharmacy can change

Cons

  • Public pricing pages use different starting amounts and fee presentations
  • Upfront medication payment and continuing membership create two commitments to understand
  • The public pharmacy FAQ does not identify the pharmacy assigned to an individual order
  • Membership cancellation does not automatically refund unused prescription medication

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. Ivim Health does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

FDA warning letter

FDA issued a warning letter to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim in February 2026. It is on the public record in FDA's warning-letter database.

We link the agency's own index rather than summarize what the letter says. It changes neither where this program sits in our ranking nor whether we are paid for a click to it, and you should know both of those at once.

What else do people ask about Ivim Health?

Is the membership the full treatment cost?

No. The standalone membership costs $74.99/month and excludes medication. Some advertised GLP-1 offers combine medication and a program fee, so ask which arrangement your checkout uses.

Can I pay for compounded medication one month at a time?

Ivim lists several program lengths, including one month, but says compounded programs require upfront payment. The public starting offers do not establish a clear recurring one-month price.

Does Ivim offer branded medication?

Yes. Its GLP-1 page names Wegovy and Zepbound as alternatives through its traditional program. Coverage and suitability are separate decisions, and insurance approval is not guaranteed.

Which pharmacy supplies the medication?

Ivim says assignment depends on location, licensing and supply. It works with 503A and 503B pharmacies and asks patients to contact support for the dispensing pharmacy or a certificate of analysis. Assignment may change with a refill.

Can I cancel without losing unused medication?

Do not assume so. The refund policy says prescription medicines are nonrefundable, an active membership is needed for shipment, and an inactive period does not extend the medication program. Read the terms for your chosen commitment.

Do I need membership to buy supplements?

No. Ivim says its supplements can be purchased without membership. They are separate from prescription care and should be assessed by their own ingredients and evidence.
