G-Plans review

Price transparency

What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.

G-Plans combines online prescription evaluation with nutrition guidance and progress tools. Its treatment pages describe branded and compounded medication choices, including injections and oral options, but do not establish a complete ongoing price for each medicine. The membership satisfaction promise also has an important boundary: it covers certain membership fees rather than medication or medical-provider charges. Compare the full clinical and pharmacy cost before deciding whether the program fits your budget.

The verdict

The score beside G-Plans's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with G-Plans?

  • Online assessment and independent clinician review, with treatment based on your history and clinical eligibility rather than the quiz alone.
  • Access to branded and customized compounded treatment routes when appropriate, including injection and oral options that need separate formulation confirmation.
  • Nutrition guidance, goal tracking, progress check-ins and ongoing support described within the service.
  • Prescription fulfillment through licensed US pharmacies, with the terms preserving a patient request for a pharmacy of choice.

How does G-Plans work?

  1. Identify the actual treatment offer

Begin with the medication route you are considering, then ask whether it is branded or compounded and whether the displayed amount includes the drug. A general platform subscription can cover different services from a particular clinical plan. Obtain the exact medicine, dose, visit charges and pharmacy total before comparing G-Plans with an all-inclusive injection program.

  2. Complete the independent provider assessment

The terms identify OpenLoop and affiliated medical entities as the clinical network. Give the clinician your health history and current medications, and ask whether additional testing or a visit is required. The platform provides administration and access; the medical practice decides whether a prescription is appropriate. An assessment result should not be treated as a guaranteed order.

  3. Choose the pharmacy arrangement

The terms say a prescription may be filled at a pharmacy you choose. Ask how that affects price, delivery and clinical communication before authorizing fulfillment. If using the platform’s arrangement, request the actual dispenser’s name and contact information. A branded product, a customized injection and an oral preparation may have different instructions and costs even within the same service.

  4. Separate renewal from current charges

The agreement describes recurring fees and cancellation before the next billing cycle. Check all active plans or add-ons and obtain confirmation for each one you want stopped. If you also have an appointment scheduled or a medication order underway, ask how those are handled; cancellation of future platform access does not automatically cancel a processed pharmacy order.

How much does G-Plans cost?

Semaglutide

Branded/compounded GLP-1 routes offered; complete semaglutide prescription-and-care ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Tirzepatide

Branded/compounded GLP-1/GIP routes offered; complete tirzepatide prescription-and-care ongoing month-to-month total not established.

Where it operates

Company advertises treatment-dependent access: US online access; confirm current state, provider and pharmacy eligibility.

A complete public ongoing month-to-month medication total is not established for semaglutide or tirzepatide. The official pages describe several treatment routes and included support, while the legal agreement distinguishes membership, medical-provider and medication fees. Request one written quote for the precise prescription and services, including first charge, renewal, optional services and any separate pharmacy payment. Do not substitute an unsourced third-party price for that calculation.

  • The program page describes medication and support in the subscription, but the membership guarantee separately excludes medication and medical-provider costs. Ask for an itemized explanation of your selected offer so you know which portion buys platform access, which pays for clinical services and which covers the medicine. This distinction matters both for comparing prices and calculating any refund.
  • The membership satisfaction guarantee describes returning membership fees from the six months immediately before cancellation. It explicitly excludes medication costs and provider or medical fees. Do not interpret the six-month period as an unconditional treatment guarantee, a promise about weight loss, or recovery of every payment made through the service.
  • The billing policy excludes refunds for months with medication orders, scheduled medical consultations or completed appointments, and describes discounted services as nonrefundable. Ask which provisions govern your specific purchase where they overlap with the membership guarantee. The useful question is the amount recoverable from your actual order, not whether the website uses a broad satisfaction slogan.
  • Appointments canceled within seventy-two hours are described as nonrefundable. If you are uncertain about starting treatment, resolve price and eligibility questions before scheduling or allowing a prescription order to process. Keep appointment and cancellation confirmations, particularly if a change in availability affects a visit you have already paid for.
  • The terms describe cancellation at least one day before the next billing cycle and automatic conversion of trials unless canceled. They also permit additional service-specific terms. Save the actual agreement for every selected plan and check the account for upcoming renewals. The program does not guarantee an insurance outcome or reimbursement for privately purchased services.

What are G-Plans's pros and cons?

Pros

  • Provides several medication routes and nutrition support
  • Names the independent clinical network
  • Explains the membership guarantee’s exclusions

Cons

  • Complete molecule-specific recurring totals are not public
  • Refund provisions differ by fee and activity
  • Scheduled appointments can restrict cancellation refunds

The pharmacy behind the medicine

It does not name its pharmacy. G-Plans does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.

A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.

What else do people ask about G-Plans?

Does G-Plans itself prescribe medicine?

Its terms describe a nonclinical platform operated through Goglia Nutrition and a separate OpenLoop clinical network. Independent providers perform evaluations and decide whether to prescribe. Ask which medical practice will provide your care and how follow-up works. Paying for platform access or completing an online quiz does not guarantee clinical approval.

What medication options are offered?

The official pages describe branded choices such as Ozempic and Zepbound plus other GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP routes, including compounded and oral options. Availability depends on the clinician and your location. Ask for the exact product and preparation rather than treating every category as currently interchangeable or available at one shared price.

Is there a complete monthly medication price?

A directly comparable ongoing total for each molecule is not established by the public program description. Ask for medication, provider and platform costs together, plus renewal and any testing or shipping exceptions. Use that complete written quote to compare providers; a membership price alone may describe a different purchase from medication-inclusive treatment.

What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?

The terms describe refunding eligible membership fees paid in the six months before cancellation, while excluding medication and medical-provider fees. Ask which charges on your own receipt fall into each category. The promise is not an assurance of a particular weight-loss outcome or that every service associated with treatment is refundable.

Can I cancel an appointment or processed order?

The billing policy restricts refunds for processed medication orders and scheduled or completed clinical services, including appointments canceled within seventy-two hours. Contact support promptly and ask about both the current activity and future renewal. A cancellation of platform access should not be assumed to reverse a prescription already sent for fulfillment.

Can I use another pharmacy?

The terms preserve a request to send an appropriate prescription to a pharmacy of your choice. Ask the provider how to arrange that before processing and whether it changes the drug price, shipping or clinical package. The pharmacy you actually use should explain the label, storage and dispensing details for that prescription.
