Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Clinic Secret offers online assessment and access to compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, with medication sent from partner pharmacies when prescribed. Its new-member discount and general starting prices need a drug-specific continuing quote before they become a useful budget. The clearest purchase condition is unusually short: the refund page allows cancellation for a full refund only within one hour of purchase, followed by limited exceptions.
Clinic Secret does not pay us. We review it so you can compare it with the programs that do. Disclosure

The verdict
Clinic Secret shows its price before the medical intake and is clear about what that price covers and what conditions come with it. It ranks 16 of 293 among the programs we review on price transparency.
The score beside Clinic Secret's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

How does Clinic Secret work?
Check your eligibility and the exact drug
Provide health history, current medications and prior GLP-1 treatment honestly. Clinic Secret describes clinician review within 24 hours, but the assessment does not itself establish a medical relationship or guarantee a prescription. Ask which partner practice treats you and whether it and the dispensing pharmacy can support your state and chosen formulation.
Understand the photo requirements
The refund policy says identification and a clothed full-body image are required for its process and that refusal to provide them does not qualify for a refund. Decide whether you are comfortable with the requested information before purchasing. Ask what is needed, how it is submitted and which privacy terms apply rather than discovering the requirement after the cancellation window.
Get the full order and renewal quote
The site displays a new-member $100 discount, a general $197 versus $297 offer and a $49-per-week description. Those figures are not a reliable standalone semaglutide-versus-tirzepatide schedule. Confirm the selected ingredient, dose, shipment supply, charge now and subsequent charge. Also ask whether medication renews automatically even though no recurring clinic fee is advertised.
Review the first hour and shipment terms
Once you purchase, the refund page gives one hour for full cancellation. Contact support immediately if you need to stop the order and retain confirmation. After that, the stated guarantee and prescription-denial exceptions become especially important. Ask how to report damaged or missing deliveries and follow the dispensing pharmacy’s storage directions for the actual formulation.
How much does Clinic Secret cost?
Generic program $197 introductory/$297 reference and $49/week claims; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Generic program price not allocated by molecule; $100 first-month promotion; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Company advertises nationwide shipping; exhaustive state/medication matrix not established; verify provider and pharmacy service for actual location.
Clinic Secret advertises $100 off the first month for new members, with a general $197 starting offer against $297 and a separate $49-per-week description. Those public figures do not identify a defensible ongoing monthly total for each molecule. The program says there is no membership and that patients pay for medication rather than recurring clinic fees. A drug-specific quote still needs to identify supply, shipping and future billing.
- The one-hour cancellation rule is explicit: the refund page allows full cancellation up to one hour after purchasing and says sales are final afterward, subject to the described exceptions. Do not assume the window lasts until a pharmacy prepares or ships the medication. For future medication orders, the FAQ says you can cancel through your account and will be contacted before a refill is billed. That future-order control does not extend the one-hour refund window for an existing purchase.
- If the clinician denies a prescription after purchase, the policy promises a full refund. That is separate from changing your mind, declining the required identification images or wanting to return medication after it has been dispensed.
- The weight-loss guarantee is conditional. The program page talks about reaching goals in six months, with goals over 50 pounds moving to twelve months; the refund page says full six-month treatment is required and refers to not losing weight. Obtain the exact qualifying goal, adherence requirements and claim process before relying on either wording.
- The site says the monthly price does not increase with dosage. Ask which ongoing medication plan that promise covers and whether changing ingredient, supply length or formulation changes the quote. The general headline alone does not settle those questions.
- The refund policy describes reshipping confirmed lost orders and asks patients to contact support for damaged medication. It also makes a broad statement about not shipping refrigerated products. Use the actual pharmacy’s formulation-specific handling instructions rather than assuming every GLP-1 shipment has identical temperature requirements.
- The terms contain broad warranty and liability exclusions and individual arbitration provisions. The technology platform, medical networks and pharmacy have different roles. The public general terms do not establish a clear dollar liability cap or a specific number of days of advance refill-cancellation notice.

Who is Clinic Secret best for?
A good fit if
- Cash-pay patients who want online clinician review and direct pharmacy delivery
- People prepared to settle the exact ongoing quote before authorizing payment
- Shoppers comfortable with identity-image requirements and a short initial cancellation window
Look elsewhere if
- Anyone expecting to reconsider for several days after purchase without financial consequences
- Patients relying on a marketing weight-loss guarantee without written qualification details
- Shoppers comparing the generic $197 teaser as an established ongoing price for either drug

What are Clinic Secret's pros and cons?
Pros
- The refund page clearly identifies a prescription-denial exception
- Access to prescribing physicians and coordinators is part of the advertised service
- The company explicitly says dose increases do not raise the monthly price
Cons
- The one-hour full-refund cancellation period leaves little time to reconsider
- Promotional and weekly figures do not provide a complete per-drug renewal schedule
- Guarantee language differs between the program and refund pages
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Clinic Secret does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about Clinic Secret?
Is $197 the regular semaglutide price?
The program uses a general starting offer alongside a $100 first-month promotion and a separate weekly price description. It does not establish that $197 is a standard ongoing semaglutide charge. Request the medication-specific recurring quote and supply period before paying.
Does tirzepatide cost the same as semaglutide?
A complete current per-drug ongoing schedule is not established by the reviewed program page. The statement that price does not increase with dose does not mean different ingredients cost the same. Ask for the charge for your exact prescribed medication and subsequent refill.
How long do I have to cancel for a full refund?
The refund page says up to one hour after purchase. After that it describes sales as final, subject to the prescription-denial and conditional-guarantee exceptions. Contact support immediately and retain written confirmation if you need to cancel.
What if I am denied a prescription?
The published policy says a full refund is issued when a patient completes a purchase and the clinician denies the prescription. This is different from refusing to provide required identification or a clothed full-body image, which the policy says does not qualify for a refund.
Does the guarantee promise a particular result?
No. It is a conditional refund offer with differing descriptions across the marketing and refund pages. Ask which goal, treatment duration and documentation apply to your order. A guarantee’s existence does not establish that a particular amount of weight loss is typical or assured.
Will my price rise when my dose changes?
The program page says the monthly price does not increase with dosage. Confirm that statement for your actual prescription, supply and renewal arrangement. It does not establish the price of a different drug or prove that a first-month promotion continues after the initial purchase.
