Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
Lovely Meds publishes a clear term-by-term table for compounded injections, alongside much lower introductory headlines. Semaglutide is $175 for the one-month option and tirzepatide $235; the $99 and $150 equivalents require twelve-month plans. Its main tradeoff is the refund structure, which can impose an administrative deduction before review and make an order final before a package ships. Compare the actual term, not the promotional first-month number.

What do you get with Lovely Meds?
- Online evaluation by an independent licensed medical professional before a prescription can be filled.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injection kits described with B12, alongside separate oral, microdose and branded product categories.
- Medication prepared by partner pharmacies, with an alternative pharmacy request permitted under the website disclosure.
- Tracked UPS two-day delivery after prescription review and dispensing, subject to authorized-state availability and pharmacy processing.
How does Lovely Meds work?
Start with the pricing table
Read the one-, three-, six- and twelve-month columns before selecting a headline offer. Confirm the full amount charged, whether the term is prepaid and the next renewal. A code advertised as a first-month discount may be based on a longer-plan equivalent. Ask for the actual order total rather than estimating it from the smallest number on the page.
Compare the proposed preparation
The injection pages describe preparations with B12. Ask the clinician why that formulation is proposed, what the ingredient concentrations are and what alternatives are appropriate. Compounded injections, dissolving tablets and branded medicines are separate products. Their prices and delivery routes should not be compared as if they were interchangeable versions of one prescription.
Resolve cancellation before review
The terms describe a forty-dollar administrative fee for eligible cancellation before provider review and in some reviewed but not dispatched circumstances. They also make a finalized prescription sent to the pharmacy final. Ask support to explain which stage your order has reached and what amount remains refundable. Save that answer before authorizing further processing.
Inspect delivery and keep the label
The shipping policy asks for damage or incorrect-product reports within forty-eight hours, with a replacement considered where appropriate. Check the preparation, instructions and supplies promptly. Contact the actual dispensing pharmacist about storage or concentration concerns, and ask the clinical provider about treatment changes. A cold shipping service does not replace the directions for your particular vial.
How much does Lovely Meds cost?
One-month table $175; $99/mo equivalent requires a 12-month plan; promotional $39 first-month offer term unresolved; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
One-month table $235; $150/mo equivalent requires a 12-month plan; promotional $90 first-month offer term unresolved; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Company advertises treatment-dependent access: US online access; confirm current state, provider and pharmacy eligibility.
The injection tables list semaglutide at $175 for one month, or $145, $120 and $99 monthly equivalents across three-, six- and twelve-month plans. Tirzepatide is $235 for one month, or $199, $175 and $150 equivalents. Promotional first-month headlines are smaller still. Confirm the full charge and renewal; the complete ongoing month-to-month total with all purchase-specific conditions is not established for both molecules.
- The semaglutide page promotes a thirty-nine-dollar first month and tirzepatide a ninety-dollar first month after a sixty-dollar discount, while the single-month table prices are higher. Ask what term qualifies and what is collected at checkout. Do not assume a promotional equivalent is the price of a flexible one-month order.
- The product tables describe the same price across prescribed doses within the chosen plan. That statement does not establish the billing treatment of a medication switch, optional add-ons or another product category. Compare the same injection preparation and term, and obtain the complete renewal amount before treating the package as all-inclusive.
- The terms impose a forty-dollar administrative fee on certain pre-review or pre-dispatch cancellations. Once a prescription is finalized and sent to the pharmacy, they say the order is final. The shipping page’s later no-refund wording should not be interpreted as extending cancellation until carrier dispatch. Clarify the earlier prescription cutoff first.
- For discounted multi-packs, the terms describe a possible refund for unopened unused packs before shipment, recalculating used packs at the standard single-pack rate and deducting ten percent from the remaining refundable balance. Ask whether that provision applies to your exact plan and whether unshipped packs have already been prescribed or prepared.
- Delivery is limited to states where the products are authorized, even though the service markets broadly within the United States. Confirm eligibility and your assigned pharmacy during intake. Shipping estimates begin after clinical and pharmacy work, so a two-day carrier service is different from a promise that treatment arrives two days after payment.

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. Lovely Meds does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What is on the public record
FDA warning letter
FDA issued a warning letter to Lovely Meds, Inc. dba Lovely Meds in September 2025. It is on the public record in FDA's warning-letter database.
The scoring method includes a deduction for a letter on record. This notice records the agency's letter and its date; funding is disclosed separately.
What else do people ask about Lovely Meds?
Is semaglutide $39 every month?
The page presents that figure as a first-month promotion after a discount. Its table lists $175 for the single-month option, falling to a $99 monthly equivalent for twelve months. Ask what term the discount requires and the full amount due now. The promotional figure does not establish an ordinary ongoing monthly price.
What is the regular tirzepatide offer?
The table lists $235 for the one-month plan, with lower equivalents for longer plans and $150 for twelve months. The first-month ninety-dollar promotion is separate. Obtain the complete payment schedule, prescribed preparation and renewal quote, rather than assuming the lowest promotional or annual figure applies to a flexible monthly purchase.
Does the kit include B12?
The injection product pages describe semaglutide and tirzepatide kits with B12. Ask for the exact ingredients and concentrations of the proposed preparation and discuss why it suits your needs. An added ingredient does not make a compounded formulation FDA-approved or establish the same effects as a branded medicine studied in a trial.
Can I cancel before shipping?
The terms identify an earlier point: a finalized prescription sent to the pharmacy makes the order final. Some earlier cancellations have a forty-dollar administrative deduction. Request the actual status and refund amount promptly; waiting for a tracking number may mean the relevant cancellation window has already passed for the prescription.
What if I stop a multi-pack plan early?
The terms describe eligible unopened, unused and unshipped packs, with shipped or used packs repriced at the standard single-pack rate and a ten-percent deduction from the refundable balance. Ask whether your particular order qualifies and obtain the calculation. Do not assume every remaining month of a discounted course is refundable.
How are damaged shipments handled?
The shipping policy asks for notice within forty-eight hours if medication arrives damaged or the product is incorrect. The company investigates and may arrange a replacement. Inspect the parcel promptly, keep packaging and photographs, and contact the dispensing pharmacist about medication concerns rather than deciding suitability from the appearance of the shipping materials alone.
