Price transparency
What is disclosed before intake, not a clinical rating.
PrescribedRX offers online clinician review and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide in prepaid supply plans. Its weight-care page clearly displays $420 and $597 three-month payments, but its purchase policy says three-month subscriptions renew every ten weeks. That timing conflict materially affects budgeting and should be resolved before enrollment. The terms identify PrescribedRx, LLC as the platform operator, separate from clinical professionals and pharmacies. The program may appeal to someone comfortable with bundled supplies, provided the actual refill calendar and cancellation obligations are clear.

Public prices describe specific visits, offers or commitments. They do not establish one unconditional ongoing monthly medication total.
The score beside PrescribedRX's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.

What do you get with PrescribedRX?
- Online health intake followed by clinician review. The weight-care page identifies professionals associated with Telegra MD, while the terms describe independent medical providers making all prescribing decisions.
- Compounded weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections, supplies, home delivery and care-team messaging. The page says the price stays the same at every dose; the actual prescription and quantity still need individual confirmation.
- Three-month plan cards with complete charges of $420 for semaglutide and $597 for tirzepatide. Financing through third parties is offered separately, which does not convert the underlying subscription into an independent monthly medication purchase.
- A cash-pay care pathway for adults in supported US locations. The terms reserve location and fulfillment restrictions; the reviewed materials do not establish a universal assigned dispensing pharmacy or a definitive state list for each preparation.
How does PrescribedRX work?
Resolve the actual refill calendar
The product page says every three months, but the purchase policy says three-month plans automatically renew every ten weeks. Ask for the actual next charge dates and supplied quantities in writing. Three calendar months and ten weeks are materially different intervals. Comparing only a divided monthly equivalent would obscure how often the complete payment could be collected.
Discuss the clinical plan
Provide complete medical history, current medicines and previous treatment details. The weight-care page says routine bloodwork is not required but a provider may order testing based on history. Ask what any individual testing costs and whether the proposed preparation is appropriate. A plan’s any-dose pricing should not be read as an instruction to select or increase the dose yourself.
Check pharmacy transmission and changes
Request the actual pharmacy identity, ingredient list and order summary before the prescription is submitted. After consultation and prescription issuance, the policy makes the order final regardless of shipment status. A change after pharmacy submission can incur a reprocessing fee up to $150, without guaranteed approval. A package not yet shipped therefore should not be assumed freely changeable.
Manage the commitment separately from delivery
The purchase policy permits minimum commitments and continuing charges even when shipments are canceled. Ask which commitment applies to the selected order and what cancellation prevents. Record the actual renewal date and obtain confirmation before it arrives. A decision to change or stop medicine also needs a clinical conversation independent of the billing request.
How much does PrescribedRX cost?
Semaglutide: $420 per advertised three-month plan; policy says three-month subscriptions renew every ten weeks; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Tirzepatide: $597 per advertised three-month plan; policy says three-month subscriptions renew every ten weeks; ongoing month-to-month total not established.
Confirm clinical service, medication and state availability before enrollment; no complete current state list established.
The weight-care page advertises $420 for a three-month semaglutide plan and $597 for tirzepatide, expressed as $140 and $199 monthly equivalents. Its purchase policy instead describes ten-week renewals for three-month subscriptions and twenty-day renewals for month-to-month subscriptions. Until that conflict is resolved for the selected offer, the ongoing month-to-month total not established qualification is necessary. A financing installment should not be substituted for the actual subscription payment schedule.
- Provider denial has a full-refund provision with no deducted fee. Voluntary cancellation before consultation is different and may retain an administrative fee up to $99.
- After consultation and prescription issuance, the policy considers the order final when sent for pharmacy fulfillment. Shipment status does not create a general refund right.
- Certain therapies can have a minimum commitment. The policy says charges can continue through that period even if the patient elects not to receive shipments; request the actual commitment before paying.
- Incorrect or damaged deliveries should be reported within seven days with supporting information for review and replacement. Address errors may produce an additional reprocessing and reshipping charge, so check the order details carefully.

What are PrescribedRX's pros and cons?
Pros
- Full plan payments and included supplies are displayed
- The purchase policy specifies clinical-denial refunds

- Early voluntary cancellation and order changes can incur fees
The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. PrescribedRX does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
What else do people ask about PrescribedRX?
Is the semaglutide plan a $140 monthly subscription?
The product page shows a $420 three-month payment divided into a monthly equivalent. The purchase policy says three-month plans renew every ten weeks. Obtain the actual charge dates and quantities before comparing it with a genuine calendar-month order. Financing payments have their own terms and do not settle how often the underlying subscription renews.
What is the tirzepatide payment?
The advertised three-month plan costs $597, expressed as $199 per month. Keep the complete payment attached to the offer and resolve the ten-week renewal statement in the purchase policy. Ask whether the selected prescription, all supplied items and continuing renewal remain at that amount before treating the equivalent as your personal ongoing cost.
What if a provider declines treatment?
The purchase policy says a provider’s decision not to prescribe produces a full refund without deducted fees. A voluntary cancellation before the consultation is handled differently and may retain up to $99. Ask which stage the order has reached so those two situations are not confused when you contact the company.
Can I change an order before it ships?
Not necessarily. The policy makes an order final once the consultation is completed, a prescription is issued and pharmacy fulfillment begins. Modification after submission can involve up to $150 in reprocessing fees and is not guaranteed. Confirm the preparation and quantity before transmission rather than relying on shipping status as the final opportunity to change it.
Does canceling shipments stop billing?
The policy says certain minimum commitments remain payable even if shipments are canceled. Ask for the exact commitment applying to your selected therapy, the renewal deadline and confirmation of what cancellation prevents. Financial obligations and medicine delivery can be different under the contract, which is especially important when purchasing a multi-month plan.
Who is the actual prescriber and pharmacy?
The page names clinicians associated with Telegra MD, while PrescribedRx, LLC operates the platform. Confirm the individual clinician and the actual dispensing pharmacy in your account and order summary. The reviewed pages do not establish one universal pharmacy. Keep both professional contact routes for treatment questions, prescription instructions and a possible transfer of care.
