- Eden calls it a lifetime price guarantee: the price holds while your account stays active. If you close your account and come back, the price at that time applies.
- No long-term contract. You can pause or cancel from the patient portal.
- An order already sent to the pharmacy may not be cancellable.
- FSA and HSA cards are accepted. No insurance is needed.
- Its footer notes that new-member discounts and some specific plans are excluded from the same-price-at-every-dose policy.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety or effectiveness.

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It names its pharmacy. Eden discloses Eden Pharmacy as its compounding partner. That matters more here than the price does: a compounded medicine is only as good as the pharmacy that made it, and a company willing to name one is a company you can go and check.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
