- ⚠ $199 is a floor rather than a rate — a non-refundable fee is charged at enrollment and again at every refill, so the standing monthly cost is higher by an amount the site does not print
- ⚠ The homepage promises a refund the contract does not: "lose 10% in 6 months or your money back" on the page, against a 90-day guarantee in the terms that excludes anyone who has used a GLP-1 before
- No mg dose is stated anywhere, through to the payment page — you cannot tell what strength you are buying
- The "chosen today" counters on the page are hardcoded literals, and they sum to more people per day than the total membership the same site claims
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products
