The verdict
RNK Health prints its price before the medical intake, which is the entry condition rather than the finish, and gives some of it back on the rest of the question — what the advertised figure is attached to, or who fills the prescription. It lands at 16 of 37.
The score beside RNK Health's name rates how much it tells you before the medical intake — the price, the pharmacy and the terms — not how cheap it is.
Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
You want to compare before you hand anything over
RNK Health publishes what it charges before the medical intake, so you can weigh it against anything else on this page without first giving a company your health history.
Look elsewhere if
You want to check the pharmacy
RNK Health does not publicly name the compounding pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation, but the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
What it actually costs
Each price keeps its conditions: the plan length, how it is billed and the dose it covers.
From $197/mo (compounded injection; the medication, physician consultation, supplies and shipping are included, and longer-plan pricing appears only at checkout)
From $297/mo (compounded injection, on the same all-inclusive terms; longer-plan pricing appears only at checkout)

The pharmacy behind the medicine
It does not name its pharmacy. RNK Health does not publicly disclose which compounding pharmacy fills its prescriptions. That is common and it is not an accusation — but it does mean the one thing you would most want to verify about a compounded medicine is the one thing you cannot.
A compounded drug is mixed to order by a pharmacy rather than manufactured and released as a finished product, so the FDA has not reviewed the specific preparation you are prescribed for safety, effectiveness or quality. That is true of every compounded program, including the highest-scoring ones.
The honest read
What it does well
- Shows a starting monthly price for both medicines before the quiz: $197 for semaglutide and $297 for tirzepatide
- The monthly figure includes the medication, the physician consultation, syringes and shipping
- Its terms name the clinician group behind it (OpenLoop Healthcare Partners) and say it serves all 50 states
What to check first
- Never names the pharmacy that compounds your medication; its terms describe only independent third-party pharmacies
- The subscription fee is non-refundable once you submit the intake form, and being unhappy with results is not grounds for a refund
- Multi-month pricing appears only at checkout, so the monthly figure is the only one you can compare up front
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products
How it compares
RNK Health ranks 16 of 37 on our price-transparency score. Every prescription GLP-1 program we review is scored on the same question: can you see the price before you hand over your health history? The full list is on the prescription GLP-1 review index.
Because RNK Health shows a price before the intake, it is also ranked on our GLP-1 telehealth ranking, our compounded semaglutide ranking and our compounded tirzepatide ranking.

$199/mo month-to-month (its own plan page; $1,188 once for a year is the $99/mo the banners quote)

This page is informational and not medical advice: a GLP-1 is a prescription drug, and whether one suits you is a decision for a licensed clinician who knows your history.
