- Its homepage headline is $69 and $119 — the twelve-month rungs — shown as today's price beside a struck-through $299 and $399, so the first figure a reader sees is not the rate they would pay month to month
- The countdown beside those anchors is not a deadline: it ran out and was restarted. It read zero on 19 June, on 11 August and again on the morning of 12 August, and by that afternoon it had five more days on it
- The cheaper rungs are commitments — you agree to the full term, and there is no refund for the unused part of it if you leave early
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products
