What you get

Rehydra+ offers telehealth consultations, clinician-directed dosing and medication delivered to your home. Its semaglutide product page names Olympia Pharmacy as the compounding pharmacy. That is useful information to have before enrolling, though you should confirm the dispensing pharmacy for your own prescription, particularly if you choose another medication ².

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished products. FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing; they should not be assumed equivalent to an approved branded medicine ⁴.

A dose change, separately charged service or revised agreement could change your actual bill.

The practical question is which tier covers the dose your clinician expects you to use. A starting-tier headline is not a reliable long-term budget if your treatment later requires a more expensive tier. Ask for the payment schedule, tier-change policy, and what happens if your clinician stops treatment before six months.
